My food was obviously microwaved/reheated and poorly at that as the meatball was warm on the outside and refrigerator cold in the center.

They never even answered the phone. Maybe they're no longer in operation. Maybe they have abysmal service. Either way, they've made it not worth the effort to attempt to dine there.Reply: that is the number I called. Nobody answered, rang until answering machine, and machine said I'd reached somewhere that was not La Pasta La Pizza.

I ordered the gnocchi with Butternut squash and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was! It's probably the most delicious thing I've had in a while! I definitely recommend

This place is an absolute TREASURE! You can buy their pastas at Root Cellar (highly reccomend) but a visit to their little shop is worth the (scenic) drive - so many culinary delights you didn't know you needed. Their sourcing is A+

Loved the food. We first went there as part of a restaurant walk, and at that time we had risotto balls in tomato sauce called arancini. Very good and fresh!Later in our trip, we went back to try their pizza. It turns out a side salad is included with the pizza slice. Both slice and salad were very fresh and flavorful. We ordered the seasonal veggie pizza and potato bacon. They were out of their pepperoni pizza when we came in the late afternoon.Friendly service, but I did not understand the explanation that the plain-looking bread was the crust they use to create their fresh Margherita pizza, or I would have ordered that one.The market’s atmosphere is not cosy. The restaurant is in the basement of a high rise and there are no windows. But the restaurants and shops aren’t separated by walls, so there’s a fairly good field of view across the area. I wouldn’t call it claustrophobic.

I used to come here with my family of 6 for pasta and it was soooo good but now that they have changed chefs food is not the same. So disappointment. Won't recommend it anymore. Let me know when things come back to normal The fettuccine seafood was my favorite!
This place has lost the plot...Probably the worst example of lasagna I've ever eaten. Whose nonna would ever claim to make this? And $17, tooNotice how shallow the lasagna is? (See my picture). The fork in the picture is touching the bottom of the container. Runny gloop.Horrible value, horrible quality. Whatever would compel a customer return?

Quality has noticeably declined recently which brings it down to 2-2.5 stars. Take the carbonara: very loose and watery sauce, generic ingredients (lightly cooked bacon instead of crispy guanciale, little to no evidence of pecorino), but nearly 20 dollars. Not worth the time, make it at home yourself until they amp the menu back up.

Honestly, have found this place hard to beat when it comes to pasta... and Pizza, for that matter. The pasta/pizza niche aside, La Pasta/La Pizza is arguably the most underrated restaurant in the city. Wonderfully delicious & full flavours; yet, somehow still sits light in the stomach post meal. I cannot recommend this place enough -- definitely a diamond in the rough and should be on your weekly circuit! Honourable mention: the gnocchi is UNREAL... seriously, you have to try it!

Excellent fresh pasta. I’ve tried all the dishes on the menu and they’ve all been delicious. The rigatoni mac and cheese is a personal favorite. I will say it’s a bit on the pricey side but for me it’s usually a treat and the quality of the product is worth it. That being said if it was a bit cheaper I might frequent this place more often!

The food was good and tasty a little bit pricey though. I would probably return to this place again. But the customer service was not good, they told me it is going to take 4 minutes to get your food ready but I believe it took around 20 minutes.
