The people are so friendly, the food is great, and they always make me a mean single shot lavender latte :) my favourite place to grab a coffee when I’m in the office! I wish I knew names to mention but all your staff are the kindest, hardest working people ♥️

My daily spot for morning break when I'm at the office. The muffins and baked goods are delicious, coffee is reliable, and the sandwiches are a bit pricy but fantastic. What really sells Macchiato though is the consistently top-notch, warm and friendly service. Amazing staff.

First-time customer alert !!?⚠️- Seems like this place is a local place since my partner and I have seen many people go in and out to stop by.????♂️?♀️- Vibe: They have an outside patio and inside seating available. ⛱️- Inside is standard with basic decor.- Only certain drinks can be made with ice. Though, compared to other locations, making an Ice Lavender Latte is no issue. - The experience wise was just not great.. as we both found our drinks TOO sweet? and my partner requested to get it remade. The worker said oh sorry next time... For us, if we went to Starbucks, they would remake it right away. We are not locals. We will not come back next time around.?- 2nd time, I went up to ask the bartender again. She said okay and remade it but mentioned to let them know next time.- She did remake it but just didn't seem like a good vibe.- Coffee shop didn't cut it for me for the next time visit.

Prices increase like anywhere, ok sure, but the quality of some of the items, especially sandwhiches seems to be deteriorating, the last two times I went they seemed to have literally half the meat... basically getting some bread with garnish at this point.

Great place to stop by, the breakfast brioche was one of the best cafe sandwiches I’ve had in a long time and the coffee was great too. Definitely will try to come back next time I’m visiting the Island!

Very good food . Seriously some of the best sandwiches in Victoria . Very friendly staff. The staff also just seem extremely happy , either they are are world class actors/ actresses , or they are just legitimately really nice and just happy . It seems to natural to be fake. They seem like a really cohesive group that seem happy to work together. Highly recommend this place !

If you are looking for a delightful latte experience, you must visit the warm, inviting wood deck of Macciato Caffe & Paninoteca. I was able to cozy up my scooter right next to my table and sip and savour their delicious Lavender Latte while watching the florist from “Flowers on Top” select gorgeous peonies from their spring flower selection across the street. Gorgeous spot, simply delightful!
