The rules are not followed, I am 12 and was not allowed in the play place, please improve your horrible resturant. One of the higher up employes yelled at me and my friends who were all young enough and told us we were “too large“ and that we would “ scare the other smaller children“ please make this enviroment more kid friendly. Also they were playing explicit music. We followed every rule so do not yell at us, McDonalds take notes. I had no issues like this at other McDonalds. This place was so gross there was garbage, spoiled drinks, a latex glove and over flowing garage. It was so dirty I wanted too throw my shoes it before getting in the truck! The drug addict sorting through their stolen loot was a nice touch too.

One of the filthiest we have been into. There is a person doing deep cleaning in some areas. But basic cleaning of tables and chairs, spot sweeping, and even checking to see if areas are clean (especially the playplace) is neglected. What's more disappointing to see is that there are more than enough people behind the counter/work area and you'll find them chatting (there will be chatting while working but there were moments they were just chatting). They seem to be avoiding the Playplace area so a fellow mom had to call their attention to have tables cleaned. Also, they had permanently locked the washroom in the playplace (maybe because they did not want to go check it...because if it was just out of order, it isnt hard to put up a sign). Lots of kids tried to open and use the washroom there (as we know, kids will have to go when they need to go..they can only hold it for so long).
