Ordered a teriyaki chicken box and asked for mild spice. This box was so hot after a couple bites I stopped and went back the next day to return it. The manager refused and I’ve had diarrhea all day. Don’t recommended this location at all. Why would you not give the customer his money back if he is giving you the food back? It was clearly not mild and he decided to tell me how Thai sauce is always very hot. Not my first rodeo at having noodle box bud. Definitely do not recommend.

The noodlebox on douglas is a fantastic place to get a decently priced meal with a good amount of protein. Everything is made fresh to order and tastes delicious. I would highly recommend the teriyaki box with chicken breast with the medium heat level.

Had the ginger beef box. As a brown man with a palate for spicy and nuanced flavours, this was excellent! The staff there were pretty chill as well, letting us eat in past their ten pm close-off, when they saw that I had my kid with me.
