Terrible staff rude I went in during the summer with a coupon I had received the week prior. Staff said it was expired even though it had no date and was a week old. A Terrible ploy. I went in Saturday night - there were 2 tables, one of 2 and one of 4. Both finished. The server looked at me said - I can't even talk to you for at least 40 minutes I'm too busy. Then walked away. Customer service is ghastly. At $28 for take out order they need to do better

Read the reviews and, since it was so close to the hotel, we gave it a try. We got the Family Platter for Two which includes one piece of cod, one piece of halibut, four prawns and a mound of fries. If you're looking for healthy, this isn't it but if you're looking for great English fish and chips this is great.

Sensational fish and chips. Honestly I found the experience of eating this truly blissful. I love fish and chips and I have eaten a lot of it over the years and I thought the cod and chips was amazing. Great, speedy, friendly, service. Great location as well. Just all round great!

We ordered the dinner for 4 fish and chips. We were not disappointed! The fish was moist and flakey. The batter was light and a nice crunch, as were the prawns.Great fries, nice and crisp!Delivered with ALL the condiments, (both white & malt vinegar, ketchup, tatar sauce, lemon, s&p) plus napkins & utensils, all packaged separately. It was really nice to find.We look forward to trying other items off the menu soon.

Fish was good but very greasey. Fries were nice. Won't be back, service was slow we were the only ones there. Asked which one was cod or halibut was sure.

Best fish and chips I’ve had yet, in Victoria! Great portion size of fish, tartar sauce was delicious and fries too. I would say this is comparable, if not better than, Red Fish Blue Fish - without the crazy lineups. ?

Some of the best fish and chips I've had since moving back from England. The batter was perfect, the wings succulent, the fish juicy and scrumptious, prawns and spring rolls fantastic and the fries oh the fries!!!! Lovely people there as well

We went tonight and were really impressed! They worked around our needs (we had our toddler with us and they made us some steamed veggies special so she would get a really balanced meal) and they made sure everything was pescatarian. The server was patient and attentive, the food came quickly and was tasty, and they seemed to be on top of the extra cleaning needed right now. Can recommend!
