Ordered the vegan chocolate cake for my birthday and it was fantastic! So delicious I will definitely get it again.Dietary restrictions: Loved that there was a vegan option for cake. A vegan gluten-free cake that is delicious is very hard to find, but is a must when having a birthday party with people who have dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything soooo expensive!!!All could afford was a $3 cookie and I only bought because felt bad for the three staff eating for a customer to serve. They were very polite considering they are listening to other folks like me who try to explain how only the very wealthy can shop there.

I bought white sourdough bread and breadcrumbs. The sourdough is consistently excellent. The breadcrumbs are sometimes just on the stale side. One server was excellent: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. The other was short and uninterested.

$140 for a cake and they didn’t even follow the instructions, put brown writing on a brown cake, and left holes where they removed coffee beans that shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

Wonderful gluten free bakery. Delicious bread, cookies, and cakes. Their take-away prepared sandwiches are great too. Highly recommend!

Ordered a medium large order online for a work Xmas tea. Ordered over a week ahead for delivery. Part of my order didn't get made? so they called me the day before and said it wouldn't be with my order and gave me a refund. They were very nice but but bit disappointing as it was the cutest/ prettiest of the GF cookies. Also the vegan chocolate chip cookies were much smaller than I thought from the online image / price and didn't look nice/ came kind munched up. On the other hand, our gluten free nurses were very happy to have something that was just for them and really enjoyed the cookies that did arrive.

Such a good place for great gluten free fresh baked products, so lucky to have this gem of a bakery in this neighborhood. Our favorites are the desserts with so many to choose from. The fresh bread loaves are also super good.

Lovely gluten-free bakery with plenty of options. Make sure to come earlier in the day as the afternoon selection is low. Fresh and delicious finds and such a great option to have. Sourdough, cheese buns, galettes, desserts, breads and so much more. Prices are on the medium - higher side, but it’s understandable and how it goes in the gluten-free world. Worth a visit!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Too bad this is about the only game in town, as the staff here are consistently belligerent, rude, unhelpful and a huge turnoff. Every time I've visited (I don't live in Victoria anymore), I've had terrible service. The ONLY thing that had me go back was that, as a celiac, there aren't many places that are safe for me to eat at, and sadly Origin is one of them. However, after this latest encounter, next time I'll travel with my own food (which I often do anyway), and avoid them. They clearly don't want/need my business, so why should I spend my hard-earned money there? Friends who live in Victoria also refuse to deal with them anymore.

While the food is good, and safe for a celiac like me, the staff are consistently belligerent and rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. I highly suggest that the owner trains them to do better, because as the face of the business, they're killing it.
