I went for dinner this evening and had the worst experience ever. My accquaintace and I were enjoying our food but then suddenly I heard yelling and screaming. Turns out this middle aged guy was yelling at a girl in a corner table in another language with a few other people surrounding her. I don’t know what was happening but the guy was yelling at the girl while nobody else said nothing. The guy seemed like the owner because one of the other people called him “boss”.This place was terrible to eat at and this really shows how the owner treats the employees. He should be ashamed of this.

All that was needed was the seasonings to give more seasoning to the dish.

I came 2 hours before closing and asked if I missed last call and it it was ok to be seated. They staff quickly welcomed me in. But they did rush me to order (I couldn’t decide on what I wanted). Half way during the meal, they asked me to pay; I still left a generous tip. Before dinner service, I told them that it was ok to deny me service since I am the only person in here (although there was still 2 hours until their official closing time posted on their door). I understand that they need to save money and can’t keep on a full staff just to serve 1 customer. I am reasonable and didn’t want to over burden the owner with a full staff paying roster on duty for me. I offered to them that I can go elsewhere and let the close up since they probably had a really long day and are tired. I did not want them to wait just so they can serve the only customer on the store; me. Either things got lost in translation or I basically made them stay by eating my food (although I was eating as quickly as I could). The ramen bowl was delicious but the fried chicken was soggy and looked like left over throw away pieces. I will probably come back during a busy time to get a real sense of their ability to wow the people of downtown NanaimoParking: Metered city parking

Came in out of the rain for lunch this weekend while visiting Victoria and had such a great experience. Our server was new, but was so friendly and really made our day with her personality. I think that this place can feel a little rough around the edges, but I don't think a restaurant has to be immaculate to be good. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Victoria.

안녕하세요I was at your Park'd Kitchen today. The fried rice beef was very good. But the jeon haemul is terribly oily and barely anything inside. I am from Ottawa and the Korean Embassy there made very good seafood pancake.Service on your restaurant was good though.Widya

We were there tonight (Friday Feb. 2) around 10-10:30lm. Their hours show that they close at 12am midnight. We were forced to finish up our food as fast as we can and leave as the waiter brought the machine to us and told us they closed at 11pm. I told him the hours said midnight and he completely ignored me. Overall the food was amazing and prices are decent, but service was horrendous and the staff were not observant of the closing time.

The food was fresh and came very fast! We shared the assorted tempura, my daughter had the fried chicken, hubby had the Bulgogi fried rice and I had the Spicy seafood ramen. Everything was delicious and the servers were friendly. I had a chat about the level of spice I like and the kitchen nailed it. The decor is a bit random but it reminded me of being in Korea. It has some big TVs and is a bit maze-like at first but my 7 year old got a kick out of watching the K-pop dance videos! Prices were very reasonable and big portions so we left with take home food too, enough for an extra two meals.I would go back and recommend this hidden gem. Also love that there was no wait on a Sat night (in January around 5pm). Thanks!

Service is average, food is okay. On the coldest days, there was no heating and I had to wear a down jacket to eat. This restaurant should be called Arctic Restaurant.
