I was in the mood for something healthy this week and I got there at 4 but they had closed early because of the snow but I went there for the first time today and it was amaze ? got the curry wrap and side salad - both were great but that curry wrap was next level. Will definitely be back ?

I did the three day juice cleanse. It was amazing. You get a shot of wheatgrass each day and 4 juices of your choice. I fell in love with Love and Light. This is a great way to kick start a diet or get your health on a good track! Highly recommend *****Vegetarian options: So many options for a vegan diet!Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten free and non dairy!

It is not safe to eat here if you are Celiac or gluten-intolerant! Loved this place before but it got me really sick because some of what is touted as gluten-free is actually not.

Wanted to order their " Rice Roll Platter by the clerk was confused and did not know it was a menu item or did not understand despite me showing on my smartphone the menu item. I ordered a taco rice bowl and a Warriour wrap. Both items were fresh, tasty and well presented. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is clean and well laid out . A bit of growing pains and a deluge of new customers due to the great publicity they recently enjoyed on Chek News " The Upside " with Ed Bain and Jeff King. I will be back to order the Rice Roll Platter.

I really appreciated the variety of meals and drinks they offer here. Everything that my friends and I ordered was tasty and healthy! Loved the flavour of the mango zinger smoothie. Yummy and large! I'm coming down with something and wanted healthy food and I had no desire to go out. This popped up on my Skip the Dishes and it is fast, fresh and so good. The tacos are especially delicious. Not overly seasoned so the fresh flavours dominate, though I do like things spicy. Yummy! (The soup of the day was a bit carby but still tasty.)

I'll be the first to admit vegan isn't for me, but this place is excellent. The veggies couldn't be any fresher and the portions are huge. I had a wrap and a smoothie, both of which were packed with flavour! The smoothie actually tastes like what it's made of and not flavouring syrup which is so rare. Exceptional across the board! Keep it up guys!

The Arriba was absolutely delicious and nutritious. It was packed with flavour, filling and a little spicy but not overwhelming.Their raspberry cheesecake is also delicious.
Stopped in on the way up to the ferry looking for a healthy option. Had the burrito wrap and the choc maca smoothie. The smoothie was yummy but I really enjoyed the wrap. I’ve never had a wrap like that on the exterior (dehydrated veggies?) and it was packed full of the delicious filling. I would definitely return! Thanks for the delicious dinner.
