The server was good but a little slow drinks were out before refills offered others got food ahead of us even though we ordered quite a bit ahead of those people. The food was ok and wasn't top notch kind of felt like fast food but higher price dining. I'd definitely try again if in the area.

I ordered take out from the Romeo’s hillside location for my son’s volleyball team recently. Christopher, the general manager, was wonderful to work with. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. I can tell that Christopher takes great pride in providing quality food and his team did not disappoint. Our whole group was very pleased with our meals. We will definitely be eating at Romeo’s again.

We went on a busy night, so the food took a while, but the atmosphere was top notch, the food exceeded my expectations, and considering the amount of pizza and wine we ordered, the price was incredibly reasonable. I'm definitely going back.

We usually do pickup or delivery, and the pizza's are always so good!! Best Hawaiian pizza in town!!
I have no idea what the service is like. A few ladies planned lunch for noon at your place today. Checking your website first, I came to Victoria from Shawnigan Lake. Shame on you, get your website updated. You're not open till 4pm. Don't think I'll give you a second chance.

Disappointed. Normally would eat in, but on a Tuesday night at 6:15 the resturant was take out only. Not a problem as I understand staffing shortages, but when I was told they would charge me extra for a sprinkle of chili peppers that always comes to the table when you eat in. How unfair to tell me that's for dine in customers only. I don't have the option as they didn't open the resturant. I pay the same price as dine in. I'm sorry this sounds peddy but really this resturant should think of these small details and not make my pizza less enjoyable to me because I'm not dining in. I went there to dine in !I even asked if she could just sprinkle some on for me. She would only do it for a charge. So yes I'm disappointed in my Romeo's experience tonight.

I give it a 2 star because their hours of operation is ridiculious!!!!! I see on their websit their open for delivery at 11:30 am, but yet you can't dine in until 4:00pm-9:00 pm!!!! that's crazy hours only 5 hours for a really good restraunt, the other romeos on blanchard doesn't exist anymore.....I think Romeos need to change their inside dining from 12noon -11:00pm weekdays maybe & Friday & Saturdays nights 12noon-12:30-1:00amSometimes we've gone to the restraunt at 9:00pm & they are closed!!!!! Now we have to find another italian place it's crazyCHANGE UR HOURS PLEASE!!!!!WE LOVE UR FOOD :)
