A lovely and quiet tea shop that has a good selection of drinks. My personal is the roasted tea with cheese foam. I would also recommend if you don't like sweet tea, get 50 percent sugar or lower as I personally don't like sweet tea that much.

I have always been a loyal fan of Shake It, but I was shocked by the behavior of the store clerk in the past two days.1. Yesterday I ordered a cup of grape green tea➕milk cap. After the new clerk wearing glasses and blushing, he shook all the milk cap and mixed it into the glass of grape juice. But the purpose of adding milk cap is to eat this layer of food. Then I told this young lady, and the reply she gave me was that this drink should be shaken and shaken. Then, the young lady was kind enough to make me another drink. I was saying sorry and thank you the whole time. The young lady was probably just unhappy and ignored me. Inadvertently, I looked back at the drink on the electronic screen. The rendering also had milk on top.2. A loyal fan ordered two more cups of milk tea today, but the sealing machine was broken. The girl managed to pull off the lid of the first cup with her hands, but when it came to the second cup, she cut it directly and the knife stirred it in. My milk tea really doesn't taste good. What kind of knife is this? What do you usually cut? Is it clean? It’s hard to describe. The young lady was really nice. She made another cup and put it directly into another cup. The pearls spilled out and the pudding was broken. I felt so distressed.

i love this place and i love the drinks, especially the taro slush with the crystal boba. i recomend this place to people with exotic tastesParking: usualy plenty of spots availableKid-friendliness: some kids will not like the tastes of some of these drinks but i can garentee that any kid would like a mango slush with or with out tapioca or any other pearls

Absolutely amazing store amazing staff amazing drinks. The only thing I would wish for is that the staff have more knowledge on making customers happy. My son made a mistake and ordered a drink that he didn’t know I had caffeine and when we found out we were being charge for another drink instead of just remaking the one that was mistakenly ordered.

WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. I came here on a Wednesday evening and the customer service was awful to say the least. The employee that was helping me had a lot of attitude and maybe anger issues as well. He even made a mistake with my order twice. I would not recommend this place to anyone, drink and service wise. I’m sure there are other better bubble tea places out here.

Small place with an entrance outside the mall itself. There was a bit of a line that moved somewhat slowly. There were only 2 people working on a large number of orders. They did the best they could, and we were finally next up to order. Drinks were very good and tasted great. Looks like a family run business too. I always order the No.1 no ice. Today, it was made perfect again. There were a few visits I ordered no ice but I get 2or 3 pcs of ice that might have passed thru their shaker. Nevertheless, always tastes consistently yummy..just the way I like it!
