The worst Subway restaurant and sandwich I have ever had. Footlong BMT had absolutely no flavor, bread was sooo stale it was like it was toasted a week ago and left out on the counter. It had no signature Subway bread flavor either. I will absolutely NOT be going back there again.

Worst Subway I've ever had. First time we have been to this location. Placed an online order 45 minutes before arriving. Walked into an empty Subway and staff chatting. Sandwiches had not even been started.. fair enough things get missed.. However, bathrooms were extremely dirty, customer service awful, staff so slow I'm not sure they know how to make Sandwiches. Took the sandwiches to a planned picnic.... and the situation got worse. So many requested toppings missing, meat tasted sour, hardly any tuna in one, bread was dry... OMG, worst experience ever.. put half of them in the garbage... Do not go there.

Have been coming here occasionally and had an average experience. Only until today have I had the best customer service experience with a charismatic employee named Kush. He was very genuine and engaged with any questions I had while talking about the new menu. Brilliant employee that should be a model for every customer service worker in the service industry. Thank you for improving my day.
I appreciate the staff of this place because of their cooperative and friendly nature . And they are serving people with smile on their face which I liked the most.I definitely recommend this place to visit for good and healthy food.

Possibly the worst Subway sandwich artists I have ever seen. Sub was sloppy, soggy, and wrapped terribly so toppings spilled out in my car while driving home. Complete neglect and terrible experience. I will never go back to this location. Do yourself a favour and go to either location a couple of blocks to the north or south of this one.

What is advertised as "Crispy chicken" is nothing of the sort. It's cold, hard chicken patties with soft breading. It wound up in the compost bin.
