So. I went to order my "go to", BLT. The man working does the usual. Grabs my bread, asks me what kind of protein I want on it. Although unlike usual, this guy has the audacity to smirk at me, says "Want extra cheese?" I was confused, because he had only put two slices of cheese down on the "sandwich". BEFORE I could even answer he vigorously placed 6 pieces of cheesiness in my BLT. This moron literally peer pressured me into extra cheese for $2.00. Whatever, I was hungry enough to just not mention it. He finishes up with my sammy, and asks me if I want any sauces. I wanted a tiny squeeze of yellow mustard. He grabbed the bottle of mustard and violently sprayed down my sandwich, showering it yellow sauce. He shot so much sauce on this sandwich that it coated the clear glass window, so much so that I could no longer see his god awful grimace. What even!

Rude and d*** combo served instead of Cold cut combo.Most of the staffs have no clear idea how to explain how coupon works and they only tell it after the sandwich is done. Feel bad for the trainee who made the sandwich for me coz poor dude is really learning from the wrong people.That was the only reason I didn't refuse it and I was also hungry and had no time to talk with the d*** dudes training him.This rude , unfriendly dude is mentioned in other reviews too. Instead of telling what's available with the coupons, they just agree by not even looking at it. Everytime I take a coupon to Subway, they take it and explains clearly what's available with it. Not here. They way they explained was also horrible even saying Turkey wasn't coldcut later on . Not going this place even with coupons.

My wife and I had a coupon-two 12 inch for the price of one. We both had the steak and cheese. They only put one scoop of meat for each sub. It was like less than half the meat and vegetables that one would receive in a footlong. It was real sad looking. A real shame that they got rid of the yoga mats as well.
My dad and I did not have a good experience here..we had two coupons with us for a buy one get one for 99 cents on sandwiches and the man that was serving us said I could not use both but my dad and I were going separate as the coupons are per person and we are individual people with different orders. Not only did this employee not want to let us use the coupons, he was rude about it and just shook his head at us. It was quite disappointing as we have never had any issues here hence why we come to this location. Hillside mall subway staff are 100 times nicer and the employee that served us at hillside was shocked at how we were treated.

Had the worst experience there 3 sandwiches none of them made correctly the wrong chicken put on and heated it on the bread and when my daughter said it was wrong they took off the bread and put it back on top of the cold chicken bin it had come from instead of throwing it away!! My sandwich was missing the bacon ( on my chicken bacon ranch!) It was a terrible visit.
