I spent 600 on subway last month, I’ll never come to this location again in my life. TWELEVE SUBS INA ROW WITH MUSHY TOMATOES. I managed a subway for 2 years. This is absolutely disgusting.Whole vegetable inserts are all frozen, all good with freeze damage. The inserts should be changed twice a day. They aren’t being changed. I literally just walked in and seen 3 day passed rotten tomatoes all mushy sitting there. Gonna just goto another location.Staff keeps saying it’s the supplier. If GFS walked into my subway with those tomatoes I’m NOT SIGNING FOR THEM ITS SIMPLE.Find an new supplier or goto Canadian wholesale and pick some up. You’re losing valuable customers. I’ve left a similarReview several months ago. Do you even care about your restaurant? It’s a joke rn .

Are these tomatoes you had and served on a sandwich frozen or just rotten? Either way NOT something you see in the am and chose to continue to serve throughout the day. Not only this but they are like this EVERY DAY! & you DO NOT freeze tomatoes, that’s a common sense thing to any random person let alone a restaurant serving to the public. NO excuse. Just gross!

Used to be my fav subway, headed downhil tbh. Tomatoes have been bad for an entire month. Helllaaa mushy. The lettuce portions are laughable. . And I left this place 5 stars but until I’m either reimburse for the last 3 awful subs, including overcooked bread 60% of the time… I won’t change my review or be back to this location. We literally eat here 6x a week so it’s really easy to see when it’s consistent and when it’s a one off. It’s consistentLY been bad.

Employee toasted sandwich without asking. Did not ask if a bag was wanted, charged me, then I asked for a bag and was denied because "we charge for bags here".Employees should be trained on how to talk to customers to give them what they want and not what employee expects.

Asked for my sub, the girl put it in the toaster. I told her I did not want it toasted. Her and the other employee argued with me that was how it was always done. I told them that for 20 years, no Subway has ever made my sub that way.Every other Subway has asked if I wanted it toasted, after i say no, they heat up the meat for the sub separately.Not going back there again.
