Possibly the only authentic Chinese restaurant in Victoria, and the only one we'll go back to. The food was wonderful: Gong Po Chicken, eggplant and pork, and a fish and tofu pot. Yet the place was empty the entire time we were there. Bizarre. Real Chinese food is so much better. Highly recommended.

I had the veggie chow mein and omg SO GOOD! Small, quaint little restaurant that you'd miss if you blinked while walking by but don't let its size or humble appearance fool you...this food is damn delicious.

Super inviting and friendly, and the food is probably the best Chinese I've had I've Victoria after living here for 3 years, and big portions at a great price! Give this place a try as soon as possible, it's the best!! :)Vegetarian options: Almost a whole page of vegetarian dishes, and all looked amazing with lots of variety! The one veggie dish I did have was super flavourful and well-prepared!

Believing the reviews, we came for dinner. The server was lovely and sweet. But the food was disappointing. The black vinegar ribs tasted only of vinegar with no subtlety and the kung pao chicken was flat. So sad we didn't go to Chinatown.
