Had an amazing time with my wife. Nice place to have a bite and a drink while staying at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel.

This is a great restaurant with a sea view. However, it is not a great restaurant that you would visit if you are not a guest. Unfortunately, access to the sea-side terrace was restricted. The food is also average. A hamburger is just a hamburger, and the grilled salmon is also ordinary. The most disappointing thing is that I ordered a cola, but the cola tasted like a swimming pool, and it smelled like chlorine (Cl) to the point that I suspected it was just tap water mixed with syrup, so I couldn't take a sip. Vehicles must be parked underground, and a guest card key is required. If you tell the doorman in front of the lobby that you want to use the restaurant, he will kindly give you your card key. However... for some reason, the card key was not recognized, so I was able to get in thanks to the car coming out. The nice building and old-fashioned interior were impressive, but the food was a bit... It was disappointing

We went for breakfast here. A great alternative to a noisy diner... and that view!Parking: Free parking in the underground car park if you're coming for a meal. Just pull up to the front doors and the Valet will provide you with a fob for entry.

Honestly for the price and location, the food is very meh. My over-easy eggs were hard. Chai tea was lukewarm. Just meh, you know?

Food was good, fries unexpectedly salty but not too much so. The service was what really made this place great, we had a waitress who was on her second day of the job and she was excellent! Very polite and professional. They accommodate for food allergies and were very attentive to requests from our table. The card machine had issues when we were paying and the waitress handled it very well and helped us figure it out.

I used to go to the old Snug in the old hotel. The new one isn't as cozy but it's still nice. The food was great but the service was slow. It took a while to get drinks and quite a while to get food but fortunately the quality was top notch.

This is an expensive place to eat so you expect great food and service. The clam chowder used to be awesome a few years ago. Recently it has deteriorated to very ordinary! Lots of potatoes and filler, not much seafood! Get it together folks!

We went for a quick bite at the snug pub, we opted for truffle fries and drinks. The portions were sufficient for two, and the beverages were enjoyable. The server was friendly and pleasant.

Very limited food selection, but it is good quality. Drinks are steeply priced, but then you do get top notch service and ambience!
