Consistently the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to in Victoria. Poor customer service-No one listens, or pays any attention, they lack efficiency and competency. I wish they would get new management. Makes me angry every single visit.

The slowest Tim’s ever in the whole world. Service is also bad. The manager himself doesn’t really know what he’s doing as well. I’m working at the mall as well sometimes I just need a quick bite during my 30 mins break, it always take 15 mins to line up and almost 10 mins to wait for my order. The manager should really think about why the rate is so bad for his own store and make some improvement. The mall should consider to change a manager since he doesn’t seem have ability to train his employees at all.

What’s the point of asking for a different milk alternative if they don’t do it. After telling you they did. The milk 100% tastes different. Normally it wouldn’t be a huge deal but I have a dairy allergy and it’s really NOT hard to have a London fog made with Oat Milk. Not a good location.

Service was a bit slow, apart from this, your regular Tim Hortons located in Mayfair Mall. I had a small hot chocolate, and loved it like every time. A cup of coffee always gets me rejuvenated when shopping (and at times, window-shopping!)

Worst Tim Hortons on the island, filled with incompetent staff members who are extremely rude. Can’t follow simple instructions, and took over 6 minutes just for them to give me a straw.Maybe some proper training or a manager who cares needs to be implemented.
