Literally the worst coffee ever, sven when mixed with french vanilla the taste is just aweful. No name instant coffee taste better then the coffee from here.

This is my second review on this specific location. I went through the drive through and handedness the teller 3.00 for a 2.60 drink and he told me I gave him 2.25. I handed them a toonie and a loonie and I double checked. He argued with me and I told him I wanted my change and he threw it at me. Very unprofessional.

The Phillipino manager AL , he is the most rude person I have ever seen on this planet. He always shouts back at you to repeat your order and if he has to say No, his NO is really RUDE and loud.. He is not a right person for a service industry...

My friend works there so it makes it nice too !!! And guess what I love is the local homeless guy screaming once in a while outside which is expected. French vanilla with a shot of espresso is better than the other locations.

I asked staff to come in the bathroom so I could show them something and they refused. I didn’t want to share publicly but they were rude about it so I shared publicly…..they had a mouse rotting in the light fixture. They need to pay more attention to the restrooms they are always in poor condition and that should have been seen and attended to long before I pointed it out

everytime i go here they get my order so wrong. ordered a steeped tea, get a coffee. ordered herb and garlic cream cheese and i got plain. both in the same order. and i had to leave for the bus and didn’t know until i’d left so i couldn’t ask them to remake it. Go to the one on gorge rd instead the staff are way better there. ones here are always too busy gossiping with each other to get orders right.
