Save-On-Foods Tim Hortons 1950 Foul Bay, Victoria, British Columbia V8R 5A7 Store Manager Lionel Gjerde To whom it may concern. I think its outrages keeping your Tim Hortons open at the Fort and Foul Bay location. I have been a loyal customer at this location where I have purchased my grocery for over 15 years. Over time you changed names from Safeway to now Save On Foods and opened a Tim Hortons inside the grocery store. Which now leads me to why I am reaching out to you? It's been over a month since the order screens up on the wall have stopped working, with no future scheduled repair date? This makes it very difficult for a lot of us customer placing orders. Having said this now I notice that your staff there is poorly trained causing the customer to repeat their orders until they manage to get them correct. In addition to this today March 26, 2024 after ordering a BAGEL B.E.L.T. meal on a 12 grain bun that went with my order it was stale and dried out which makes me wonder what the expire date would have been? Also no receipt with my order making it impossible to return? Personally I think you need to target the above location to conduct a quality check regarding expiry dates on food supplies and poor customer service.

My coffee and service were great, I just wanted to comment this Tims is INSIDE a grocery store, there is NOT a drivethrough and they do not accept points.

I’m not one to write reviews, and certainly not negative reviews, but WOW, Vanessa’s customer service could ruin anyone’s day. I’m amazed she still works there as there appears to be a similar review from months ago. If she’s working, just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Vanessa is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She is always angry and mean to both her coworkers and the paying customers. I feel badly for anyone working with her and attribute this location often being understaffed to her awful attitude. Can’t imagine it’s easy to find anyone willing to work alongside her for very long. The rest of the staff at this location is quite lovely so I cringe every time I am met at the counter by the snarling cow that is Vanessa rather than one of the others. 0/5 isn’t an option for review but it’s what I give her dismal display of service and inability to interact with the public and her fellow employees.

There hours are not correct. Always closed whenever I visited.
Good atmosphere. Depending on time of day there is a line but you can just use the app and order in advance if you are in a rush.

horrible service. the staff do not speak propor English. when ordered a BLT they gave me a BELT which I didn't ask for. then when asked for it to be fixed I was denied so I asked for my money back. they denied me my money back and then security comes and tells me I'm banned for life for getting upset that Im basicly being robbed because I didn't get the order I payed for nor the money back for what I did not get.
