Today was my first visit to any tim hortons in 2 years, and i wanted to buy 6 donuts. As soon as I entered, the place smelled like people didnt bathe in a year, and the half empty rack of donuts looked dry and really not fresh so I left and went to your location on Fort Street. At the Fort Street location, the (homeless) man sitting at the table next to the waiting line smelled so repugnant and sour I almost threw up right there, it really turned me off for donuts.Anywho, I proceeded, and ask the cashier for six donuts to go, s and when I started choosing them the guy next to her said I couldn't get any of the donuts I wanted (including the chocolate walnut) because they were not part of six donuts. I told him I wanted to pay for six donuts and I was there to get six donuts and anyways, they made it so complicated I just ended up leaving and I'm not planning on going back anytime in the next 10 years. You really went down the drain since Burger King purchased you.

I thought it was very discriminating and rude notToMention unprofessional when I witnessed a indigenous person get asked to leave when wasn’t even doing anything. The staff make Tim Hortons look bad.

Only two members of staff, all tables were dirty and most still had used cups and paper bags on them. Washrooms closed - told by staff that they didn't have time to clean them - go and use the public washrooms at Centennial Square instead. Lastly, donuts that should have vanilla cream in them didn't!

If anyone has anything bad to say about this Tim Hortons i think you should step back and realize what this location has to deal with on a daily basis.I work close to this one, so I come here several times a week (sometimes twice in one day).I've seen them be yelled at, I've seen people sleeping in here regularly, and who complains? Not them. The customers do, because apparently its cool to rag on tims employees or something. For me personally they haven't gotten my order wrong yet and are always kind.I've seen these employees go back to work as if nothing happened seconds after being yelled at and verbally assaulted because of their location. I wont say more about that but if you know you know. It's amazing how calm they are.So yeah, I love this tims :)

Well, not many good things to say about this Tim Horton! The good news is that they had the broccoli soup that I love, the bad news is that a Tim Horton employee came to overtake me and stood right in front of me to place her own order… It's really rude and not respectful of customers! Then, I got my soup, I went home it took me two or three minutes since I live practically on the same street I wanted to eat it and it was almost cold. I think I must have picked it up lukewarm on site! But it's not over, because I quickly realized that it was much more liquid than in another TimHortons restaurant, either they made a mistake in the dosage, or they lengthened the soup to have more.Anyway it didn't taste the same and I could even say it wasn't good! Well, but the atmosphere in this restaurant, but special, there were homeless people there who were completely asleepon the tables, and no employee of this restaurant intervened! In conclusion, I would say that this is a very bad TimHorton, and if you have to go to a Tim Horton choose another location!
