So Mr. Sas is being very sassy today. He needs some training on how to treat the customers. He is being very rude today . He was rude to me and a 85 yrs old lady behind me . I prefer to go to other store from now onwards.

2024 EDIT: I was tempted by the ads for nostalgia doughnuts, so stopped to get some cinnamon twists, which I used to really like. Sadly, they were a sorry facsimile: stale, and no discernable cinnamon. They advertised that they brought back the favourites of the past, but these tasted like they uncovered them in a freezer. I won't be back.I was walking home and it started to rain heavily, so I stopped in here just to ride out the rain storm before carrying on. To my surprise, I really enjoyed it - coffee was good, and although the donuts aren't as good as they used to be mine was pretty good.This place is across from a high school so usually packed with kids, but it was a school holiday when I went.

Horrible service and food. Ordered 2 farmers wrap meals, a muffin, 6 donuts, and 2 peppermint hot chocolates. Counter staff claimed they had no peppermint HC even though it was on menu and I pointed it out and they finally agreed to make it. Didn't get hashbrowns with either meals and when asked they claimed muffin was part of one and refused to give me the other hashbrown. Food tastes stale, hot chocolate is watered chocolate, donuts taste old, little hairs on food tray and bottom of donut box and it seems like it's run by students.

Customers are left waiting and Wondering what's going on.High school boys are doing drugs in the bathroom and customers get angry waiting to use it.This place is a mess and management is MIA.

The staff messed up my order, then when brought to their attention, they said “sorry we already punched it in”, then told me to be on my way. Absolutely ridiculous service, messed up my order and didn’t even attempt to rectify it, even alluded that it was my fault and I didn’t order what I said I ordered. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Tim Hortons location, I’d recommend going to the Tim Hortons on shelbourne!
