Most likely slowest Tim Hortons in Victoria, seems as if employees are not trained on simple transactions as each one took 5 minutes to put through and the manager was called over every minute or so. The other workers were all working in the same stations then going to the next in a group which seems very inefficient given there are 4 employees aside from the one “running” the till.

We've been to this place twice now and the decaf coffee is water with cream added to it. We've also been to the one in Esquimalt and same thing. Can you please ramp up the decaf so it doesn't taste like hot water and cream?! Thanks! PS when I order a variety of muffins and I specifically say no chocolate hazelnut - Guess what I came home with?!
