Not only incredible ice cream, but also such a great spot for waffles and hot chocolate in the winter! We met up with a bunch of friends and their kids and enjoyed waffles in the outdoor pods and Uptown. It was a great experience!

Met Brett yesterday! I walked by and had to do a double take! They had vegan waffle churros !!!! What??!!!! So I approached and Met Brett. Super friendly, the epitome of customer service no joke! Kudos Brett who gave me a sample of the waffle. And wow! My taste buds were dancing ? He said the waffles are a trial at the moment but already has regulars asking. The ice cream is absolutely yummy as well. My friend Christina is vegan and that's her go to for ice cream! I highly recommend! A def must try! Thanks Brett for the samples. I'll be back with all my friends!!!

Visited in late June. It was a warm day so we were definitely looking forward to some "ice cream". Softys serves dairy-free soft serve and we picked the watermelon and vanilla twist. Kind of refreshing but left a weird aftertaste in my mouth (probably an acquired taste).

My fav vegan soft serve and they're good gluten-free stuff for celiac folks too. When I mentioned it they got my sundae topping from the sealed containers to be extra careful. ? I really appreciate that.

Had a black forest sundae and it was delicious. You can't tell it's not dairy. Love that everything is dairy-free! Other notable points are the compostable "packaging" and that they are locally owned. Would be great to have closer to downtown.

I just freaking love Softys!It’s so hard to choose a favourite but the Ninja Turtle Sundae and Strawberry milkshake never disappoint! The texture is incredible and all of the flavours are so tasty. Also love that they do a fun rotating flavour each week! The staff are super friendly (and never stingy with the sprinkles lol!), music is great, unbeatable soft serve and ‘milk’shakes without tummy aches.. I’m obsessed! Thank you softys!

Doesn’t accept cash which in my opinion is not acceptable for a business to do. The taste and quality was a big disappointment too. I know it’s vegan but it was quite icy. The sauce on the strawberry field sundae was a weird puréed texture and granola sprinkle tasted very homemade but not in a good way. The jungle bird sundae was not good either. Overall a waste of money and I won’t be returning
