20 minutes is all it took I was told to pick up a large villages special pizza , it was ready when I arrived , no problem there , so why it was barely warm and the cheese wasn't even hot or melted like a 20 minute pizza would be , is the kicker , it lacked taste as well . unfortunately that's the experience today . However the price was good $ 24 due to a promotion special , to bad though product was as is .

Regular night had family over we decided to get Villages pizza when it arrived it can burnt
ordered pizza from villages last night. there was barley any toppings. and we asked for no mushrooms the pizza was absolutely covered in mushrooms. i couldn't even eat it ?

They dont have pizza by the slice on Fridays because it is "too busy." Dressing a pizza takes 3 minutes, and then it cooks itself.

We ordered gluten free pizza from the Colwood location 3 times in the past few weeks. The first time it was okay, but very salty. The second time it was actually quite good except for being too salty again. The toppings were more generous and it was cooked exactly the right amount of time. What we got last Saturday was awful. Way overcooked, burnt edges, very skimpy dried out toppings - didn’t see hardly any bacon/ham on the Hawaiian, and again, so salty. So, we are done, and will find somewhere else to spend our pizza money!

Not very happy with Villages pizza tonight. I have not ordered from them in a while and they say they are open till 10PM. They closed at 9 on a Friday night. This was the Colwood store and I went through the process of ordering from the View Royal location to have them call me and tell me I am out of their area of 5km. I would guess Villages Pizza is not interested in my future business. I would give them zero stars but there is no option for that. Boston pizza here I come
