My boyfriend and I came here yesterday. The server was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. He seemed to get mad at my boyfriend for accidentally trying to order a breakfast item after 2pm. It was very strange and uncomfortable. Food was okay but hard to enjoy after this uncomfortable and abrasive interaction. We will not be returning.

Went to West Coast waffles today, ordered the banana chocolate waffle. Super tasty. Would definitely recommend. Took about ten minutes after order placed to get the waffle, which was super quick.

Absolutely best tasting waffle I have ever had. The toppings were so fresh and generous amounts. I ordered waffle topped with banana, strawberries, coconut whipped cream, and Saskatoon syrup. It was delicious.I don’t understand why people are not lined up out the door. I ate waffles at other places and they fell flat on flavors, this Chef has a real good recipe.

The spouse said “It’s a power move for a breakfast place to open at 11am, but we must respect that.” 8-) The descriptions were too tempting not to go, though, and for vacationing brunchers the timing was not a problem.The just made waffles with generous amounts of toppings and lovely fresh fruit toppings were scrumptious. You might not want to order entirely separate waffle(s) for your child(ren), if you are watching your own waistline. 8-)

I just can't seem to find something decent here. The staff are always nice, and boy can they cook a waffle, but the combos are always justa little off. got the ham and cheese, but it had cinnamon on it (not mentioned on the menu) that totally ruined it. Sure I could get just a waffle and maple syrup, but then whats the point? this place is for a waffle MEAL not a regular ol waffle... All the combos are like this, so maybe just keep your mind open for some odd ingredient choices

Definitely one of the best waffle places in vic by far! The worker who was there was super nice, and definitely made the appearance of my waffle look super pretty and appetizing! It was super yummy and I’m so glad that this place is open till 4 am on Fridays and Saturday’s, because it definitely is a great midnight snack.I’m just wondering why there’s only one worker though for the whole restaurant even though it’s late at night?
Worst gluten free "waffle" ever. It was a mushy cake. Softer and mushier than a pancake. Waffles should be crispy. I tried to eat it, but gave up. I should have turned around when I saw that the place was empty- clearly was for a reason. My partner had a non GF waffle was also disappointed in how undercooked his was.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free - awful

The waffles themselves were really really good! The service was so-so… actually to be more specific, the service was a little abrasive. It’s just waffles, let’s chill out a little. Also, the table was sticky and I didn’t like to touch it. It looked wiped, but like it was just smeared around.

Enjoyed the very laid back vibe of this place - waffles were great, fresh fruit was great, bacon ok, sausages weird - had never had sausages like that before, coffee was undrinkable - I'd be back for another brunch if they improved they improve their coffee otherwise its unlikely. Serving staff were fine.

Waffles were pretty good and I enjoyed the raspberry blackberry smoothie I got, but it was over 45 minutes from when we walked in the door to when we got our food.
