Food was good. Server was very friendly. The tempura, while hot and tasty, was a darker colour (like that of the batter at a fish and chips place) than I have had at other Japanese restaurants. Not sure if the reason was that it was cooked longer, had a different batter, or was cooked in dirty oil.

I went with my Aunt and Uncle for the first time last night. The food is so good, definitely be going back for more ☺️❤️
Food and service was good. The robot was definitely cute. We found out today that a 15% gratuity was automatically added to the total. Not sure how long this has been going on as we had always tipped when prompted on the machine without checking the bill carefully. Had we been double-tipping them?

Usually Yoshi is good so I will give it a 3 but tonight's meal was sub-par. Avocado roll was mushy and slightly brown, yam tempura was burnt on edges but the batter was floury and undercooked. Too much chili mayo on the tuna roll. And the server seemed new. No water or chopsticks for 3rd customer. Meh.
If you live around here it's decent. They have a serving robot! And I choose this over Erito in Uptown, but it's nothing special sorry. I like the decor.

Been over 15 years so thought we'd try it out. The oysters were not fresh and it was a milky pudding rather than a true Robata. The sashimi was mushy and again not fresh, I finished maybe half of it . The only thing good was the chicken, as my young daughter said it was better than KFC. Horrible experience straight from the service all the way to the walk out the door. You can easily tell by al the food not eaten.....no one cared enough to ask if we didn't like itI would NOT recommend as there are way better sushi establishments
