I shared a burger with my nephew yesterday and within 1 hours of getting home we both came down with food poisoning. Looking back on my experience the meat looked under cooked…..The wait for food was also very long.I had a slice of my nieces pizza and it was not tasty. The tomato base tasted like a 7/11 pizza.Disappointed and disgusted.

Average price to meal ratio. Food did not come out hot and service could be faster. Lighting a bit on the dim side. Seemed more like a cafeteria than a restaurant - would recommend eating somewhere else for après ski

Had a simple order of chili and fries but somehow took 50 minutes for this to come out. The table sitting next to us sat down after us and still got their food first. Server was nice and friendly but the kitchen really needs to work faster.

To whoever it may concern: here are some easy ways to make the bar space a million times better:Turn down the stark spotlights pointing at each table. It's like being sat in a dentist chair, and takes away any sort of atmosphere/mood.Serve at least some beers from smaller local breweries rather than the giant corporate-owned ones that serve mass produced nonsense. There are hundreds to choose from.Redecorate so it feels more like a ski chalet/pub and less like a hotel bar.

Worst experience in the past 10 years. As like other reviews, waited over an hour to be served with food. Maybe when you are bringing guests to the table, mention that the food is being served slow due to a reason? The server never once checked on us, we had to ask for more water and check up on the food. When food came out it wasn’t hot and was blend. When we mentioned about the poor experience the server says “my service wasn’t bad though”. Lack of ownership.. Is the kitchen staff and servicing staff not communicating or can’t? We also had gift card we tried to use, Supervisor said no credit on the card and directed us to go to the customer service to ONLY CONFIRM THE CREDT WAS THERE. She didn’t apologize for the lack of her experience or knowledge.. Seriously what has happened to Cypress?… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED..

Waited an hour for food we ordered that was never coming. Got charged full rate for drinks after the hour of waiting. I mentioned that i didnt think we should pay, was offered a manager. We left the mountain early to go to mcdonalds.

Had beer and wings this weekend. Hot wings was average, beer was below average, over price. Service was slow for a slow day. Do better, this is one of our Tourist attraction. I would be embarrass if I was the owner.

Guys you gotta do better. 2 years ago, everything on the menu was passable, sometimes even good. Since then, it's clear there's some cost saving going on - what used to be a decent chicken burger patty is now a frozen, cafeteria patty that you're charging 20 something bucks for. You've got a responsibility to represent the city well - this is a tourist Hotspot for hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. What's been coming out of your kitchen for the past year has consistently been dissapointing. It's legitimately mediocre cafeteria food, being priced like premium restaurant food. You guys have a beautiful setting, some great servers, but please start investing again in actually good food.Btw, this is coming from a former season's pass holder, I've been to the bar 30+ times. It's sad to see the decline, please find a way to return to your old form, this just isn't good enough.

We were in cypress to go on the coaster for my girlfriend birthday. We decided to have a bite to eat while we were there. Probably the worst service we experienced in a long time. We did get our drinks right away, but had to ask someone to take our order. Then we had to ask for the bill. Our dirty dishes sat in front of us the whole time. We were never asked how our meal was or if we wanted another drink or dessert. Food was good though.
