Perfect table. The hostess was very welcoming and our server Juliet was friendly and efficienu. My angry chicken lettuce wraps were the very best ever. My partner's bacon cheese burger was excellent.

Very spacious and comfortable place to have a meal. It truly gives off a feeling of an upscale restaurant while serving somewhat casual foods. My dish of choice is the Cajun chicken cheddar sandwich. We also had an Earl's Breakfast and an Ahi Tuna Poké Bowl. As usual, all the flavors are very nice and rich. Truly comfort food at its finest. Earl's Breakfast is especially unique, because instead of normal hash browns, they serve thousand later potatoes. Also a very nice place for lunch right before hiking or going to nearby Park Royal.Vegetarian options: Many labeled vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten aware options and vegetarian optionsParking: Street parking is available, although there is a nearby parking lot with more spaces.

-Visited during happy hour on March 7th.As soon as I entered, the two female hostess just looked at us without no quide ,no greeting. we frustrated their behavior s and we asked where we should sit and felt bad because she had a stiff expression and no smile on her face. Of course, when you enter a restaurant, Tv shouldn't you ask how many people there are and give directions to your seats? Fortunately, the female server who was in charge of our table was very friendly and the food was delicious. Isn’t the job of a hostess to guide guests and treat them kindly? It was unpleasant to see the stiff expression on their faces the whole time.

We went for my wife’s Birthday dinner and had a very bad experience. My wife had a steak tenderloin ( which arrived at our table butterflied ?!) and our son had the pasta alfredo with a grilled chicken breast - both his chicken breast and my wife’s steak were totally overpeppered - we all do like spicy food but that was way,way to much pepper- after talking to the manager, she took my wife’s dish of the bill but the Birthday dinner was already ruined - we would have rather paid for it and had a pleasant experience - especially since it was supposed to be a $60 menu item.We left very unhappy and won’t return.
We had a great experience at earls in west van tonight our servers Brandon, so kind and Gary(thanks to him for consideration with my allergy)were very friendly and efficient and extremely good service, Thanks. We will be back soon!

A popular local franchise with great food & atmosphere in a great location. The good was great at a reasonable price, but the quality & size of the oysters were just okay.The only downside was the serving was very slow, and it took 50 minutes to get our mains after ordering, whereas tables next to us seem to have gotten their food pretty quick. Table next to us sat just before us, but they were paying their bill as we got our food.

Kimiya resolved the issue very amicably and efficiently. At that time Jude was terrific. So a good recovery from an unusualkitchen failure...
