It was so much better when it opened. The portions have been reduced and quality has gone down. The service is slow and lacking engagement. Loved it in the begining, now its not a place we would seek out***Editing to add***I was contacted by the manager at this location to discuss the issues further and replied via email at their request. It has been a couple of weeks since that email was sent and there has been no replyIf the additional feedback wasn't wanted, why request it?Adjusting rating to yet again reflect the lack of customer service.

"OEB Breakfast was awesome for lunch today! The food was really good, with lots of tasty flavors and big portions. But what I liked best was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel welcome. OEB Breakfast is a great spot to eat, thanks to their amazing team!"
This is my second time here. We waited for 30-45 min . Our server was nice she was fast and she check on us many times asking if I need a coffee refill or if we like the food. The food tasted delicious, however the waffle would’ve been better with more barriers I think it was poor. The French toast could’ve been better if there was a maple syrup with it. Otherwise I like this place . I will definitely come again.

I used to like this place. But today we had a bad experience. Understaffed, manager doesn’t care about helping other servers. Orders arrived before our drink and utensils. Which I had to go get my own water and plates. Lobster scramble came with NO lobster. Server tried to add additional charge on top of tip. Didn’t feel good about this visit.
