Love the food and the ambiance here. Everything we ordered was good and was served fast.

We stayed at the patio cause it was a nice day and the view was breathtaking. The server was friendly. The food I ordered was ribs and a carrot soup. The ribs was really dry and tough. It was under seasoned. The soup was a little bland and it would be better if it was thicker..it tasted a little water down and also it's overpriced.

Enjoyable spot in whistler, nice location. Although I’d prefer as a solo bar hoper a bit more of a chatty bartender. Which results in higher sales because I’d stay longer lol!! Overall still a good spot!

Staff is friendly...but menu only had 3 entrees and 2 of them were burgers...also don't sit on the patio during summer..mist spraying all over you and your meal.

Enjoyed sitting out by the fire over Christmas -28c days. Friendly staff. Quick service and good selection. was nice as no one else sat outside, but could see how would be very busy on a warmer day.

Worst staff. Been here for the past 4 months and know they still have my info. Wont let me in with pictures of my passport. Worst bar staff. Gibbons staff don’t know how how to accomodate locals (bills manager especially)

This group owns a number of Food and Beverage outlets including several experience based businesses. We had booked several of their experience and found them to not prepared for emergencies. Our group with 4 kids were stuck at one of their outlets for more than 4 hrs because they didn’t have chains for any of the shuttle buses. A basis requirement in Canadian wilderness. We also booking at one of the establishment and they decided to not open it last min. Furthermore when we spoke to their customer service agents, they were not all accommodating. I won’t recommended them at all and would encourage folks to check their emergency preparedness before embarking on anything with them.

Had an issue with a charge, was upset, but the GM went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. Perspective completely changed - the difference between good + bad customer service is everything..Original complaint below, which was resolved by the GM."Got charged $55 for a round of soda waters. Complained and the GM offer to comp me a round of soda waters next time I came to Whistler..."
