went to this kfc a few days ago and have never had a more disappointing experience. i bought 2 box meals and the only redeemable thing about it was the drink. I can tell when chicken was cooked 5 hours ago and left out, basically cardboard. the fries were inedible and just tasted like rubber, probably refried 5 times. the only good thing about the chicken was it didnt give me food poisoning, even though it then probably wouldve tasted better

Bunch of unprofessionals, I walk in (10.45am) and they say we are yet to open at 11am and I can place an order right now but can get it after 11am. I politely declined and told them I can come back after 11. I go back 10 minutes after and the guy just does the hand gesture that we ain’t open. Made me wait 25 minutes, can’t open on posted time and didn’t even have basic courtesy. Could have just declined when I went there first if their things aren’t in order.

15 minutes before close, they locked the doors to stop further customers from coming in. This was despite 5+ patrons waiting inside for their order. As a result, the staff caused mass distress for a few people inside the restaurant as they refused to let them outside. I’m no lawyer but I’m quite sure this is a deprivation of liberty. Do better.

Makes me never want to get KFC again. Menu was different online and in person, and my order was messed up. That would have been ok if the food was actually good. Instead I got some of the worst pieces of fried chicken I’ve ever had. The fried chicken had no crunch, and the popcorn chicken tasted rubbery. If you’re interested in chicken, consider another place.

This was my second visit to this location and it was mediocre at best.They close at 10pm and we arrive around 7:40pm. As we waited in line, they turned off the menu lights and as we waited for the food, they put a tacky, laminated sign on the door that said they were closed. Closing two hours before actual close time is unacceptable.The food was mediocre at best. Chicken was ok but the sides need work. The corn and slaw were very odd. The customer service was also lacking. Not one smile in the place!

I had my lunch at this branch today . The food to be honest is good . But the service and attitude I got from the guy in cashier was really bad . The way he talk makes me feel that am not wanted there . Like I asked him about popcorn balls test. I had last time there . He simple said : if you don’t like don’t order it . That’s made me regret to ask about anything else in the board menu .

Was there sept 3 .ordered the family pack 16 peace dinner.carryed the food to hotel room. Opened the Fries box its only half full the side dish is only filled up 75%. The corn, potato salad. Felt I got ripped off. Next time I'll complain. Warning .pootangs.Churches chicken should open.
