To anyone who may read this, do yourself a favour and visit the cafe. I will definitely be bringing my mom and coworkers back here when I am in the area. Love the atmosphere and quality of food.
Came in for a latte for my morning fix while staying at the ocean promenade hotel. I got my fix but not the fancy quality latte I'm used to making at home myself. The latte was good, about on par as Starbucks. Otherwise, enough for a fix.

My friend and I have been stopping at Finlay's since 2017 when it was The Watts cafe. The ladies are always very nice and deliver our food as soon as it is prepared . We love the penninis. They are full of meat and very filling. We have to accept the fact that prices have gone up to cover the cost of the ingredients. They can't give the food away at cost.
