I don't ever drink bubble tea, but I was told by a friend to check this place out since apparently it's the best in White Rock/South Surrey. I went and it was fairly quiet so there wasn't a line. I found here a pretty decent variety of bubble tea. Also, they offer different levels of sugar - regular/ half/light/ no sugar. That's a good thing that makes me feel like I'm coming back? one star down because they didn't have any popping boba perls.
