I ordered veggie pizza was the veggies were cut into huge chunks and the taste was ridiculous.I asked for garlic dips and the girl infront gave me ranch instead .They are simply ridiculous.So annoying.Would never recommend them to anybody .

I wish no star provision. My son got pizza on Monday Feb 26 2024. This was the worst pizza we had so far. Me and my wife got sick after eating pizza on that day and my son was ok but little upset and couldn’t understand what was happening. Next morning he ate pizza and his stomach hurts so much and when me and my wife felt like vomiting and couldn’t sleep for whole nightWorst ever Pizza hut ?? Don’t buy

If I could give minus star, I would. We ordered takeout at the store with my son. We were returning from ER after 8 hrs wait, very tired and my son had to fast all that time. In the store my son was trying to pick the toppings and the guy taking the order suggested one so we went with it. We got it in 8 mins. Thought oh that’s quick. We live 5 mins from there and came in a heated car. My son had it so I didn’t feel the temp. It was cold when got home and there have hardly any toppings. It tasted like reheated leftover. The cheese was hard like it sat there for a long time. Anyway called the store, the girl who picked the call was sooo rude and condescending. “My be it got cold because it’s cold outside” even though I told her we came in heated car and we live 5 mins away. Guess she got to go get some brains. Spoke to the manager who said that wouldn’t happen and they don’t do that. It was not tasty, cold, almost no toppings and paid 25$ for medium. I saw a photo in the reviews which is full of veg toppings. I bet that is a review from someone who works there. Who puts that many veg usually on a pizza. I guess all the 5 star review are their own I bet. My 11yr old kid told me not to order from this store ever after he saw that it’s cold, no toppings and not even tasty. He felt bad that I had to pay 25$ since we are having financial issues. I will contact the main office. Hopefully they take this seriously.
There was a Special Promotion at Pizza Hut on Dec 4th, if you bring in an empty pizza box, you will receive a Free Medium Handcrafted Pizza. I walked in this location at 3pm with empty pizza box in hopes of a free pizza. Was told by Manager Warren, that they gave away 100 Pizzas, to 100 separate customers at 10:30am and that he can offer me 50 percent off on any medium Pizza. I was a bit concerned since the location opens at 11am. Then when mentioned the time Warren changes the time to 11:30 am they gave away 100 pizzas, to 100 separate customers. Ironically I was at Tim Hortons directly across the street at 11am having a Coffee. I was looking over at Pizza Hut and there was no way there was ever was 100 separate people lined up to get a free pizza with an empty pizza Box. Now after all this I asked Warren that is unbelievable and if he’s able to prove to me that they actually did 100 pizzas from 11am-11:30am. His answer was no he doesn’t want to show me, and also started acting in an awful demeanour way telling me to get out of his store, just because I had asked a question and concern.I’ve been a Happy Satisfied Pizza Hut customer for the Majority of my Life. This matter will get a complaint to the Pizza Hut Head office.

The lady who answered the phone on November 3, 2023 sounded extremely condescending. I understand the store may be busy, but you should not answer the phone with a tone.I called because we made an online order and there was no way to add notes online. My intentions were to ask if they could put the pepperoni on top of the cheese instead of vice versa. So my toddler who does not like pepperoni can pick it off.I started to tell her "Sorry, I made an online order..." then she proceeded to cut me off and asked for the phone number. She said there was nothing and asked for the name on the order, I gave her the name and she said "no, it doesn't work that way". I got confused by her response. I offered to tell her the order number and she said "no". Luckily, the order came up on her screen, and she proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I called her out on her tone and the way she spoke to me.The situation did not trigger me in any way, after all, she's working in a Pizza Hut. Just don't talk that way to people when your employment requires a little customer service. You may be having a bad day, but it does not give you a reason to give other people a bad day.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and garlic parmesan boneless bites. This is the Worst pizza I have ever had from pizza hut (it use to be good) not now, it was cold, the boneless bites were hard as a rock. I couldn't even finish one piece of pizza. Absolutely disgusting, never order from Pizza Hut from 152nd street in White Rock. The delivery fellow was very nice, I gave him a $10 tip. The total for the delivered pizza and boneless bites was $52.10.
