They even provided my dog with whip cream in a cup, thankfully! As a big fan of traditional German pastries, I had high expectations and this bakery definitely lived up to them, even exceeded them.The smell of the sweet treats upon entering the bakery was simply irresistible. The selection of baked goods was impressively large and you could see that there was a lot of attention to detail. From croissants to delicate pretzels to delicious cakes - everything looked amazing.And the taste! The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke German and always had a smile on their faces. “I was looking for locally roasted coffee to use with my new espresso machine at home and Google told me about this shop... I didn't know it was here, and only a 10 minute walk from home.The service was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. I bought a bag of beans to take home and a latte for the walk. I haven't tried the beans yet but the latte was fantastic.I will definitely be back.“

“I was really needing a coffee and we just happened to be in the area where Euro Bean is. Unfortunately we didn’t make it there to sit in the cafe so we ordered from their window which they have until 10pm. The staff were wonderful and really helpful with answering our questions and the drink itself was so delicious as well. Hope to come back and check it out again soon!“

“The back room space if fantastic, varied and well lit. Have had multiple opportunities to have small meetings and just focused writing sessions here and it is a pleasure. Staff are friendly and accommodating. As someone with celiac, the food options are quite limited however the coffee is excellent.“

“So I was stumbling around Kelowna in the cold on Thanksgiving. Nothing was open, what was open was busy, everything was frustrating. I popped out of the hotel to try and find breakfast and stumbled across this tea shop. Normally tea shops are super frustrating for me. I went inside to find something to warm up my hands and not expecting much. I didn't know what I wanted. I can't drink caffeine. Dairy is not good to me. It smelled amazing inside. The person behind the counter was doing something with their loose-leaf containers of tea, and instead of trying to parse out the list of available teas I just said "that smells great, is there something like that ... but with no caffeine ... and no dairy?" Somehow, a couple questions about my preferences later, I ended up with the perfect mouth-bitingly spicy (I think market spice cashew?) latte to wander back out into the cold with. It's been years since I've had such an easy, satisfying experience at a tea or coffee place with all my food limitations. Here I was welcomed, presented with a ton of options, and had some nice relaxed time to chat about cycling as the tea steeped. 11/10, customer service and product, this place is almost worth moving cities for. Luckily for me, they ship!“

“I love Tackle Box. I'm here nearly weekly, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing each time. The drinks are tasty, and I always appreciate that oat milk isn't extra and they offer shortbread cookies. I used to drink a cappuccino or mocha, but now avoid coffee and have their matcha latte. They're all great.“

“I tend to Order Eggs Benny as my first meal at a breakfast place because hollandaise is so very telling and Bohemian Cafe did not disappoint. A very simple basic looking presentation with what looked like an so so sauce but the texture consistency and flavour was excellent despite the slight off color. The wild smoked salmon was fresh and not overpowering, the poached eggs were consistent and not overdone and the English muffin was toasted perfectly not dried out.The shredded hashbrowns were excellent, cooked evenly with lots of nicely brown crispy bits, no soggy mid section like many places.I was at the Bohemian years ago in their old location when they were more of a casual wrap kinda vumibe and sorry I had not been back till now. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu!The service was very polite and attentive without being overdone.What a jewel in Kelowna!“

“My favourite coffee shop with the best coffees in town. They have such variety and also do Italian soda’s. The family who run it are just amazing and so kind. They have an indoor balcony and upper patio which is a beautiful space in the summer. Love love love!“

“Cherry Hill Coffee is a good coffee bean. I visited the main store, listened to the explanation, and drank free coffee...I bought an empty bag of something light... 5 dollars more than last fall.It went up even more...haha It was so good with the coffee scent.“

If you’re into good coffee, I think that this is one of the better cafes in Kelowna.I just grabbed an americano to go but the atmosphere was great with lots of outdoor seating and modern and clean interior decor.I didn’t have any food but I’d try next time I’m in the area!“

“I went in for breakfast with my baby. Paige, my server, was really friendly and knowledgeable. I told her it was my first time and she asked me questions to understand what I feel like and provided recommendations accordingly. I believed I ordered Gourmet - 2 eggs, 2 slices of bread, sausage, hash brown and half waffle with banana and Nutella. I also ordered No-Gria which was a delicious alternative mock tail as I could not drink.Food was delicious! Environment was big, clean and bright. “Lunch burger combo is a good little deal for snack/pop and a medium sized burger always tastes freshly made and yummy. The pierogies are where it's at though!! The filling is always delicious and are nice and hot served with a nice chilled portion of sour cream. Great stop if you love perogies !“

“The place is great for some “me” time.. Peace and quiet coz there are not much customers inside however the choice of music is a little bit out of the theme. I usually hear calm, relaxing music while in this branch the music they’re playing is more of loud and “hype” kind of sounds.. The service was good though but my drink wasn’t the same taste as I get from other branches. Not sure if too much expresso was added but it taste a bit extra bitter. There are quite some flies around as well but still manageable. The seats are comfy and not too over crowded. I also like the natural lights flowing inside coz of all the glass windows they have. The place is in a very good location for me and have enough parking. I’m a bit intimidated by the variety in the menu as I’m not a big coffee guy, but she really stood out after I asked for a recommendation, and she thoughtfully talked me through some options and flavours available to make it a real treat. “I actually live just down the street from this Starbucks and have never been before. Had a great breakfast wrap, a cinnamon cake slice and an Americano coffee. “I get the best value for my money on their products I purchase compared to anywhere else, particularly when I either combine discounted items with a coupon or regular priced items with the Sustainable Sundays discount with a coupon. I bring in my food scale and mason jars to weigh how much I need to be just above the threshold for their coupons to get the best value.Unfortunately, I had an inconvenient visit, which wasn’t typical, and is why I’m not going to rate Bulk Barn as being 5 stars, as much as I’d like to. I weighed 1,163 grams of discounted almonds to be just above the $20 threshold for a $5 off coupon. At checkout, my bill was unexpectedly $25.33. I figured I must have somehow accidentally miscalculated how much to purchase, so I brushed it off and paid for it regardless. When I looked over the receipt in my vehicle, I saw I was charged for 1,763 grams of almonds—600 grams more than I anticipated. I weighed them again; I had 1,163 grams. I went back into the store with my jars and receipts and told the cashier and manager what happened. The cashier said she may have made a mistake with the decimal point when she weighed it again. The manager eventually handed me $5.35. It wasn’t until I arrived home and looked over my receipts again that I realized I was still owed $5, so I returned and explained my situation to the manager; he gave me $5 more. I was charged about $10.33 more than what I should have been.I understand all of this was just a simple mistake and that something like this can happen to anybody. It won’t deter me from shopping here. I’d just advise anybody reading my review to weigh the products you’re purchasing yourself to ensure you’re getting what you paid for.“

“It was Ok. The starters were excellent! They didn't ask for my daughter's ID or to sign the birthday book (was her bd)how did they know we weren't lying. It was a Monday night I think she forgot to discount the 2 Prime rib orders we had.“

“Had an Uber eats driver not grab one of my drinks, when I attempted to contact him about it he told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me (rude!). When I called the Starbucks directly they were so apologetic and kind, I told them I would come pick it up, they remade my order when I came in and gave me a gift card for the cost of the drink even though it wasn't their fault/issue! “I've wanted to visit this coffee shop for a long time, and finally stopped in for a cup in early January 2024. I was initially drawn to this cafe due to its great name, look, and the fact they have hundreds of vintage books. I was not disappointed. I had an "African Fog", which looked and tasted fantastic. Before coffee, we browsed the books and found the owner to be extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our many questions. We were surprised at just how many books there are, as there are rooms in the back containing magazines, cook books, novels and more from many bygone eras. There are also several antiques available - furniture, ornaments, and so on. Eventually we ordered coffee and lunch and found a seat. The food was good - I had a Jamaican veggie wrap, which was very tasty. My friend had a soup and grilled cheese, which was apparently good as well. The baristas were super friendly and joked with us. All in all, I would highly recommend stopping by Pulp Fiction Coffee House, as it offers something for everyone: good service, coffee, food, and the terrific old books and antiques.“

Ample seating with tables inside and outside on their patio. They also have food options like lunch wraps. Our first time at Bean Scene but it appears to be a popular place within the neighborhood!“

“wow... i am learning i have some sensitivities to foods and have been on a health journey for awhile now having shed a bunch of weight . i bought the noodles made of palm hearts and the keto tai noodle .. both are amazing and did not upset my stomach at all .. the seed bread is fantastic.. definitely going back“

“The crunchy caramel frap was quite good but could have been blended better. The Vanilla bean mini scones are much better after they have been in the air for a few minutes. They're stored in a cooler, and the moisture makes them a bit funny.“

“I really really enjoy coming here, I almost always stop after class. The pastries are beyond incredible (probably the best chocolate croissants I’ve ever had) and everyone is always friendly! I don’t personally drink coffee, but the refresher is refreshing with lots of fruit and the hot cocoa is rich and delicious. The food is also really good, I have personally tried the grilled cheese and the buffalo chicken ceaser wrap and I definitely recommend both!!“

“Not really much different than any other convenience store. I do notice that the staff (and perhaps management) have improved a lot over the last couple years. Gone are the grumpy, rude staff and some of them are even pretty funny and friendly. It's clean in there, I guess especially so during COVID. Just watch yourself in the surrounding area outside the store: lots of sleazy dudes like to hang around.“
