Wing Snob to Open 100 New Locations by 2025

The Wing Snob chicken chain is quickly growing under co-founders Brian Shunia and Jack Mashini. After opening 18 new franchise locations in 2023, the chain now has 41 total locations. But they plan much more growth coming soon.

Wing Snob plans to open over 100 new restaurants by 2025. The new locations will be across Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Michigan and even Canada.

"Our multi-unit franchisees have allowed us to grow very fast," said Mashini.

To get ready for this fast expansion, Wing Snob improved its franchise support. This includes a new franchise website, updated digital guides, and a training program called "Wing Snob University." The menu is changing too, adding plant-based cauliflower wings plus new sauces and sides along with classic items like boneless wings and chicken sandwiches.

"It's important for our group to find the right franchisees who care about the restaurant business. We want to grow our brand and also share the Wing Snob way of serving high quality, quick chicken wings," said Shunia.

It seems Americans want more and more chicken options in their areas – apart from Wing Snob, other major fast-food chains announced their U.S. market growth plans. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is set to open up to 700 of its new locations, and Pollo Campero is going for 25 new restaurants.

With better systems and big expansion plans, Wing Snob is working to become one of America's top wing chains. The big question is - how soon until a Wing Snob with flavors like Jamaican Jerk and Hot AF opens near you?
