“I would like to recognize Robert the in an out employee who provided excellent service here at the Palmdale location. We traveled from Arkansas to visit family in the area. We came in the store were immediately greeted by Robert and he even came around to check out every one in the lobby to make sure everything was satisfactory for the customers from top to bottom he even brought stickers to our kids and other kids and put smiles on faces he is a great asset to the company and is excellent with customer service never thought eating in a burger restaurant would offer better service than and upscale luxury restaurant thank you Robert God Bless you sir!!“
“Delicious food and great service. I only tried this place because some evil demon cut me off at the El Pollo Loco drive thru. It proved to be a blessing because my sopes de asada were fantastic and fresh. The asada is quality asada, which is very rare to find. I will definitely go back.“

“We needed somewhere to eat very late night and this was one of the few options available that I couldn’t get in MN. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating, she made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied. They had a buy one get one free burger deal which made it even better. The burgers were decent, we didn’t get chili because I didn’t want to suffer at work the following day lol. But my criticism is the burgers had to be some of the thinnest patties I’ve ever seen on a burger. “Best chicken spot in town! I’ve been a frequent customer of Pepper House ever since they first opened. I usually get either the two tenders hot or a smash burger xtra hot. And for a chicken restaraunt, they know how to make a fire smash burger too! The staff are super cool, especially Freddy and Mohammad. Every time I go here, the food and service is always knocked out of the park. The food is a biy pricy, but you get what you pay for. And the hot chicken here is the best Nashville hot chicken over ever had. Even compared to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Particularly because DHC can be very greasy sometimes. One more thing, if you do get the xtreme chicken, it is very very spicy. It’s almost hard for me to handle even though I love spicy food LOL.“

“my new favorite sub shop. love everything about this place especially that they have real unsweetened ice tea and real lemons to squeeze into the tea. Of course the subs are great but they also GIVE you pickle spears and i also love the chocolate chip cookies. I was going to go to chipotle which was right across the parking lot but then i saw the firehouse sub place and so glad i went in there instead!“
“This is the cleanest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in, and it had such a Homie Vibe. They had automatic trash cans, a clean bathroom, and there were real flowers on all the tables. To top it off all the employees were super polite and courteous.I never leave fast food restaurants, but they were extremely memorable.“

We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order.
