The burgers are good and the shakes are delicious! The last time we visited we had two separate orders in the drive thru. We received three bags and asked if both orders were included and we were told yes. When we got home we discovered only the first order was given to us. I went back to the counter this time and they had the second order bagged and ready. Assuming it was correct, I went home again only to discover it wasn't what I ordered! So I went back a third time (luckily, I live close by) and had to wait for the kids to come back into the restaurant and make my second order again. They were busy having a friend burn rubber in the drive thru - the clerk even told me there was going to be a lot of smoke by the drive thru so I should stand away. I finally got my order and the girl apologized for the wait and mistake but now I'm not sure when I will return.

We've started coming to this place a couple of months, and the food and pricing are amazing. The customer service is spectacular!!!!! It's a little but of a wait for your food, but it's fresh and amazing!!!! I have no complaints about anything regarding this establishment, and I highly recommend it. It's about 20 mins away from my house and we drive down here at least 3 times a month.

I ordered food on Postmates for pick up. It said it would take 10-20 minutes for my order to be ready. 2 minutes after placing my order I received an alert from Postmates saying my order was accepted and they were preparing my food. About 10 minutes later (12 minutes after the order was placed) I drove down to Grizzly Bear and went through the drive through. The lady told me my order wasn't accepted yet and they still needed to make it and it would be 10 minutes before it was ready. I was instructed to pull into the parking lot and wait and my order would be brought out to me. As we sat in the parking lot we saw 4 cars pull up, place orders, get their food and drive off. 15 minutes later back to see why it's taking so long and the lady points to food that was sitting outside the window on their platform (for who knows how long) and she said "I was trying to wave to you that it was ready". We checked the food and because it's 50 degrees outside it's cold. The employee even acknowledged it was cold. We asked them to remake it, and they said "we are out of those products so we can't remake it"... what!?

WOW. I honestly wasn't expecting the food to be that delicious since it is a small burger joint. But it tastes just like In N Out and maybe even better! So so so much better than the garbage Mcdonald's down the street. I literally came back the next day and ordered again because thats how good it is! As for the people complaining about the wait time, this isn't McDonalds where they warm up some FROZEN burger patties and fries. They cook everything FRESH and it is made to order. This is a good thing. A little wait time is worth the quality of food.

Gave these guys a five dollar tip for a burger combo and everything was ice cold. Came home and threw it in the trash. The food is great, but only when it’s hot. FYI! Ordering pizza now.
