The drive thru can be a challenge. Depending on the time of day. Sometimes they hear me and sometimes they don't. I've had one employee so far sound like she was frustrated that she kept having me repeat myself, due to the loud sounds of the fwy beside us.

Known to mess up your orders, so make sure to double check your bag before walking/driving away. Service has been slow during my last visits and the place never really feels clean. Not the brightest feeling place on the inside and outside.Parking: Always feel like there’s parking available. Never full.

I've pulled through 3 times. Each time terribly disappointed with the meals. Breakfast was a piece of hard cold cheese slapped on a breakfast sandwich. Another time the buttery burger was cold and the bun was stale. Another time I got coffee. Even tho there was cream and sugar it was burnet old coffee. Horrible. Who manages this place!!!! The worst ever.

It's Jack in the Box. You either love it or not. I personally love some of the items. The tacos have always been my weakness. The curly fries are a good, and an ice-cold soft drink rounds out your meal.

First time stopping here as I’m from MI and sadly we have no jack in the box :(But I will say I thought it was really good! The food was fresh and hot and came out rather quickly so I have no complaints, really liked the different selection! I will def be back next time I’m in CA or out west!

Not a bad place but the crew is a bit stressed the day I went. One looked ready to quit but hey I got my food. Food was near fresh ( not hot) but the coke was completely flat.

I stopped by to get food and purchased an air freshener and I didn't get sauce for any of my food . Rude employee, and didn't get my jack freshener. ?

I'm normally not one to leave reviews! Working fast food myself I know reviews can be biased based on the actual experience... this is my point of view.. because again REVIEWS ARE MEANT FOR YOU TO DO BETTER! I visited this location today, ordered my meal ect. I totally understand the location being near the freeway and the employees to be hard of hearing, I get. When you say "is your order correct on the screen?" I'm clearly looking at the screen, yes my order is correct. I get to the window, it was our bad we forgot to order an item... but they did accommodate us, thank you. I now leave with my order, as my husband is driving we are already on the freeway. My husband says that's okay not a big deal, we will get off on the next exit. I get to the location and I let them know they had forgotten my 8 piece chicken nugget. I'm waiting for a decent minute. The 2 employees " I'm pretty sure she got it in her bag " I would not waste my gas to come all the way back "if I had them in my bag". I was then informed I didn't pay for them. I stated yes I did because what else did I pay 38.94 on ?? They now want me to bring my bags in, my husband then goes in, and walks out with a chicken nugget and a fry? "For inconvenience " They knew they were wrong, yet they decided to insist I didn't pay for it. To this location: I hope you guys realize it's not a gossip party, it's not about someone always getting a freebie, it's to learn and do better, do the job right and with a positive attitude! Sincerely, Subway Manager!
