They got us our food had a hard time listening to what order was overall bad experience. After when asking for condiments took several minutes to even acknowledge after asking multiple times and could see several workers not doing anything.

This was a terrible experience.I ordered my food online from this place. They told me the dinner wasn't ready when I got there at 6:35 p.m., even though it was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. In response to my inquiry about the delay, they assured me that the chicken would be crispy and offered me the option to cancel if I preferred. I'm curious about the difference between the several kinds of customer service that KFC offered and why their staff advised against canceling the purchase. The food I ordered to be picked up at 6:30 was actually delivered to me at 7:12 pm. Depressing level of service.Parking: good

The worst service, I placed my order online, I arrived to pick it up 25 minutes later, I waited 25 more minutes in the store and then they told me that I had to wait 10 more minutes and it is not the first month that has happened to me, I do not recommend this place at all unless you want wait for your food for almost an hour ??????????

Fraud advertisement has made me waste my time and front two cashier seems like they are acting as king. First time , Mercedy told me it is okay to receive my $20.49 coupon which is 10pc mix chickens but as soon as they find out they are ran out of crispy chicken. They refuse to accept my coupon so I ask them the reason but this location is not accepting this 10pc coupon thing. VERY BAD !!!!!

Manager talks poorly to employees and about them. Not professional at all. Team Members should report her teach her a lesson about speaking bad about someone else but wanting others to respect you. The food is amazing can't deny that, but from observing each time I've entered the store I notice the there is one person rushing all the employees telling them to pick up the pace as she stands there walking back and forth with nothing in hand getting frustrated because her team isn't moving as fast as she wants them to, but it was 1 person on the line and someone else making food so they could have food. It's unfair for the employees and if that's the manager I feel bad for the management here because that's not a team.Work with doordash so, I am constantly in and out this store I get my business from here the most. There are 2 people who stand out to me the most. I see them working hard everytime regardless of the pressure they are put under. Props to them for doing this game, but notice it be so busy they haven't sat down, catch their breath. I spoke with a different employee one day to ask if they get breaks. He responded with "Whenever his manager is there and the store is super busy they can have a team and not be short staffed he would still have to wait because he's the best packer. Get those people out of there and you can go on break after and that's if the rush stops"That's saddening to hear.I recommend to every employee whose going through this to contact Department of Labor and file a complaintThey will do an investigation, but if enough of you complain that manager will be fired the same day of filing the complaint.The employees don't look happy here. You have to wait a long time to pick up your food, you can't eat in the restaurant because they never have utensilsor sauce and when you order through the drive thru it's even worse and something is always missing. Terrible
