I seldom purchase food from this Chipotle. In the past, the service was slow. Since I happened to be in the area and I was hungry, I decided to get one of their bowl meals.I usually get a grilled chicken bowl. This time I ordered the barbacoa beef bowl with all the fixings that I desired. It wasn't that bad. The beef was tender and a tad salty. Having add the corn to the mix was okay.The service was better and I didn't wait long to receive my meal.Return visit? Might, then might not.

I was getting the tacos and the server was putting a spoonful of each item so I canceled it because it was going to come out to $20+, not even worth it! These places are getting worse and worse with the inflation.

Food is just ok,. the service is bad on most evenings and its's not because they are bad people, just very poorly trained on the register (check your receipts!) and poor manners. Learn to apologize for transportation mistakes, making customers return to fix errors or find errors while there. Mistakes happen, but an apology goes a long way in repairing the bad experience. I will go to the chipotle at south shore now. Its's further away, but worth it if the experience is better.

It is a small Chipotle and it didn't look well kept. Also, there was no ice in the soda fountain and the soda... tested diet coke, Mr. Pibb and rootbeer all were flat and tasted dirty. Do better.

This only my second time going to the Landing location. I remember now why I never go there. Worse burrito I’ve ever eaten. Pinto beans are too salty, the barbacoa meat was too salty and no flavor, I didn’t get rice, the guacamole was the best thing and fresh. This place is for people who don’t know how to eat good or maybe haven’t been exposed to good cuisine or maybe they need to venture into other places. Next time I want A burrito I’ll make sure to go to Oakland. Btw I haven’t seen a single taco truck in Alameda I bet that is on purpose. This stuff in Alameda can’t compete. PassWheelchair accessibility: This location is cramped no wheelchair is getting in there
Out of beans, veggies and lettuce. Guacamole was brown. Not as big of portions as other Chipotle’s. I ended up getting food poisoning. I would not recommend this location.

My friend and I came in at 9:45pm and they close at 11pm, completely out of lettuce, corn, pico, sour cream, and almost out of queso. I always order online from this location around this time with no complications, but with them being basically out of everything it's turned into one of the worst locations. The staff wasn't even offering to comp any extra meat to compensate for the no lettuce, sour cream, pico, or corn. I normally don't complain but after having a long day and wanting chipotle, this was really disappointing.

Half scoop chipotle. $10.00 for a bowl that the rice doesn't cover the bottom and a half of scoop of chicken. Plus $1.75 for vinaigrette. Wow. This is the worst chipotle location.
