This place opened at 11am. I arrived at 11:30 and ordered an 8 pc which cost $15. I expected the chicken to be freshly made and Krispy as advertised. The chicken was very dry and chewy. Tasted like I may have gotten pieces that were re warmed. Did they give me those pieces intentionally ? I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED as I have had this chicken from somewhere else that was delicious. NO, I would not get it here again.

8 pieces of mixed (dark and white meat) for $15.99? Yes, and the fried chicken is crunchy, a little spicy, with moist meat. My go-to place for quick take -out fried chicken.

I called at 7pm to get an order picked up and they took my order. They asked what time will i be picking up my order and i let them know the time , when i arrived they were closed. The lady that answered did NOT confirm the time they closed, she specifically told me she would have the employees hold my order off to the side until i arrived. This is just ridiculous. It seems like the employees don't know their hours.

wings are tasteless, honey buns are like hockey pucks, the mash potatoes are tasteless like they are made from dried potato flakes, the Mac n cheese has a cardboard after taste. they did not have half of what was advertised on the menu. The front counter person did not know what food they had leafy to serve and disappeared into the back for a very long time when going to get our food--man someone could have walked in and robbed the place without them knowing. Is a no brained that we will not be returning and will let others know to stay away from this place.
If you eat it, do so while it's hot. Also, you're likely to feel sad about the atmosphere so get it and get out asap.

I was disappointed the service at this place when i bought the kk chicken. I only speak a liltle bit English and the lady works there seem kind of mad of me when i asked for the chichen wings. Anyway. I got my order but dont have any napkins or hot sauce to eat. 1 star for this place

This location used to be great when it first opened but the quality had gone down recently. Fried chicken was crispy and crunchy but the meat tasted blend, not much of seasoning on neither the breading or the meat. I'd probably appreciate the chicken more if it's better seasoned.

I ordered a variety of items here and they were all undercooked except for the chicken. Also, their phone doesn't work - it goes straight to voice mail or whatever so I couldn't even call to get a refund. Terrible service.
