Bad service since you order the 4 combo and everything is made in a single bag, the mess of potatoes is roasted, you don't even know which one I ordered to take away and they don't make napkins or any dressing for your potatoes and since they have nothing in sight to grab them

Placed a mobile order thinking it would be faster than going through the drive-through and ordering, once I get to the window I was told to park in the curbside pick up and sat there for 15 minutes. When I got my food it was cold and they forgot to bring out my drink, so she had to go back in and grab it. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

Been going here since I was a little kid, the prices definitely got higher but the quality of service sure hasn’t ?Dont think Ive ever gotten an order right, just now we ordered one set of a 20 pc chicken nuggets and another 20 pc of spicy nuggets. My friend can’t handle spice well so when he saw we got 30 pcs of spicy nuggs and no bbq sauce he was highkey pissed. Poor staff all year round for 10+ years, really doesnt match the quality of food nor prices.Tldr: Prices dont reflect the quality of food nor service.Have a nice day whoever reads this. ?

I ordered 2 sausage muffins with no egg and a large coffee; $6.40.Then I had to wait in a parking stall for over 5 minutes for the sausage muffins. It's 8 a.m. I was only the 2nd car in line. The car ahead of me had to wait for their order as well as the car behind me. We were all parked in # stalls in the lot.
