I come here nearly everyday for a chance to get out of the house and have lunch. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and it’s easy to order healthy food. The sip club is awesome and saves me a ton of money. I don’t know what I would do without this place!

Very expensive. Not worth the price honestly. Agave lemonade tastes weird. The Mediterranean sandwich was good

Lost count on how many times I’ve ordered and they always forget the Pastry I order and having to call or go back for it.Is this what you call “avocado on a sandwich”

I love Panera, def rooting for this place but every time I come in here it’s just getting worse and worse. It’s messy, the staff (who are very nice, and working hard) seem run ragged and short staffed. There’s dishes and trash piling up all over the place, and all the coffees were empty, then they refilled ONE while I was here.Panera, my advice would be GET SOME MORE STAFF… And incentivize these people with good hours and good pay. This place is clearly cash flowing. It’s 1:30 on a Saturday and this place is over 50% capacity. If this place was run right & kept clean this place would be PACKED.But it’s not. It’s understaffed and a mess. The food was decent, standard Panera fare (which I personally enjoy), the staff is friendly (considering how clearly exhausted they are).Pay em more, give them some benefits, etc, and turn this back into a good restaurant again. You’ve got all the operations ready to go.If a district manager reads this, send in reinforcements! This place should be printing cash and I fear it’s probably gonna close its doors due to lack of leadership.

Plain food. It's not my first option for a meal.

Food was great and served pretty quickly. The shop was a bit noisy in the front, but much more tolerable in the back .

Filthy dining area, ordering pads don't work, staff beyond caring. Food is what you'd expect from Panera.

I placed a big order online, and they had it ready for me within 2 hrs. I did have to pick it up but it was ready to go 10 minutes before the scheduled time.. you rock Panera . My work colleagues enjoyed the lunch .

skittle

usually, this Panera is my go-to spot to hang out and get work done. but their policy clearly says dogs and pets are allowed, so I brought my dog to which she barked ONCE and the supposed manager saw and, I'm not sure if this was a joke or not, and if it was, it definitely wasn't funny. he proceeded to say if she didn't shut up he would put her down. peak comedy. they also blast loud rap music right when they're about to close, which is very distracting. there's also an open outlet near a booth which is a fire hazard. I also saw rats in the bush right outside the back door. the food is alright, but the staff and overall environment and experience is horrible. at this point I'd rather go to the one in Oakland.not to mention the place smelled like crazy. at least they gave me a free refill.
