I went there today with my little family. The food was great. the service was awesome. Long story short, my daughter left her bracelet there and was historically crying for it. I called them, and they searched up and down and found it for her. We appreciate the over and beyond customer service they've given.

I come here once or twice every week to have pho dac biet large. (Small,Large, Extra large) It's a good portion compared to other places. Most Vietnamese restaurants I've been to really skimp on their portions of pho. I'm glad this place exists

Ordered chicken pho from here on DoorDash and it smelled like death! Literally, the chicken smelled so old and so bad. As soon as I opened the container I almost threw up from the smell. And DoorDash wouldn't give me a refund. I live so close to this place and sadly I'll never return. The smell was literally traumatizing, I'll never forget how bad it was.

Sandwiches I bought was horrible, bread was old and did not even bother to warm up the bread. One small piece of meat and very little veggie in it. I would not go there again!!!!

I ordered on the phone and came to pick it up. It was ready quick so that was great! I ordered the usual pho (number 1 I think). The broth was still hot when I got home. It was good and I'd definitely order again. I did get confused about parking.
This place was SO GOOD. I will come back here whenever I visit Oakland. And the waiter and waitress were so so nice. Definitely recommend this place. The pho was also delicious.

I've been to other locations of this pho restaurant, but this one in Alameda has the best customer service. As soon as my friend and I came in, the staff approached us right away and led us to the table of our choice. Service is fast as well.
