The food here was excellent and the service outstanding. The restaurant was very clean and prettily styled. Parking was easy in back.My friend ordered the pork fried rice and it was a big portion of fried rice with a big helping of roast pork next to it, and it was very tasty. My other friend and I had the pork belly with roast duck and it was amazing! The portions are large but not too crazy and the sauces had a lot of depth.Their potstickers were also delicious and you could taste the fresh ginger. We received a free strawberry ice cream dessert and it tasted homemade.I highly recommend this restaurant!

By far one of the best noodle houses I've ever been too. The food and the service is the absolute best in the area. I have made the hour drive several times because of the service they provide.

It's your standard Thai food with great service! I came here on a Sunday afternoon. It's normally difficult to find parking on weekends but it was Mother's Day so parking was pretty easy! I was seated right away and ordered hot tea since it had been a bit chilly. All the servers were very kind and made an effort to provide great service to everyone that walked into the restaurant. Since it was cold, I ordered the pork and fish cake noodle soup with extra garlic and cilantro. It was delicious. Some places have bad noodle soup. Some places have amazing noodle soup. This was generally your standard noodle soup so you won't be disappointed but you also wouldn't be blown away. There were massive amounts of pork in the noodle soup which I loved because I sometimes fear noodle soup will just be carbs without protein. It's hit or miss so glad they went heavy on the protein. The broth was good but I was glad to have gotten the extra garlic and cilantro. I think it was needed. I should also note that the price for a noodle soup is around $17-$18 which is pretty high. If you don't want to pay that much for a noodle soup, you may want to go elsewhere. I also ordered the mango and sticky rice which came with a generous portion of mango and the warm sticky rice was great on a cold day. If you're craving Thai food, you should check this place out! However, it won't be the most unique experience if you're looking for a special dish that will blow your mind. Four stars because it's solid but I'll still be on the hunt for a unique Thai restaurant that stands out from the crowd.

I've been coming to this place ever since they first opened and love them. Their food is authentic, fresh, and always served quickly and piping hot. I'm shocked reading all the negative reviews as that has not been my experience throughout the many years that I've been coming here. I also have always found their service to be attentive, friendly, and courteous. A+ It makes me wonder why all the poor reviews and question if whether they truly know authentic Thai food, the chef had an off day, or if the reviewers have some sinister agenda to try to defame this business. As for me, I'm a foodie, and I know and love Thai food. I've spent 3 weeks traveling through Bangkok, Phuket, and even took a cooking class in Chang Mai. Sadly, many restaurants in the Bay Area cater to more western palate and incorporate non-authentic ingredients (you won't find any broccoli in Pad Thai dish in Thailand). The Thai Noodle house on the other hand- they use fresh Thai ingredients and spices, and it reminds me of my trip in Thailand. Is it exact? Of course not- we don't have the exact ingredients but it's about as close as you can possibly get. Here's my go-to dishes when I come to this place: 1. Tom Tum soup with shrimp 2. Thai fried rice with a fried egg 3. Alternatively, Fried rice with fried chicken 4. Pak Kee Mao slicked chicken (mild to med spicy) 5. Duck in red curry sauce Aside from their awesome service, I love the fact that they also have a private parking lot with plenty of space. That and whenever I'm ready to grub, they are always open and have a table available (no wait, no need for reservations- just come and grub). Give this place a try- if you love Thai then you won't regret it. (Note: I was not asked or paid to write this review. I merely am just a regular diner who wanted to share my honest opinion and provide a counter perspective against all the negative ones... I am truly stumped how radically different their experiences were compared to our many times coming here).

Super friendly staff and they individualize all their seasonings with covid plus the food is unbeatable at their prices. By far the best place I ate at out there! Had I stayed longer I'd have eaten there much more.

Great service. Check! Fast service? Yes. Delicious food? Yes. Portions on rice plates could be a little more generous, based on the price.

Have been coming here for years and they are better here then when they were on the other side of the street. Quality is always good and service is great.

This used to be my favorite Thai restaurant. However, a recent take-out order was so salty that it left me very thirsty and parched. Also, the prices have skyrocketed. The portion sizes seemed to have diminished too. One dish plus rice costed $20 which was high.

Ordered from here because my brother recommended it. Food was expensive for Thai and had no flavor. We ordered pineapple fried rice- no pineapple in it at all- no flavor either. We ordered Pad see ew- again, no flavor. Chicken wings (5 for $11) were really salty, but at least they were seasoned. The fresh spring rolls also had absolutely no flavor and the produce inside seemed old. This is by far the worst Thai food we've ever had. We couldn't even finish the food. We feel ripped off. $70 for tasteless food. I want my money back.

The atmosphere is chill. Food was decent but I was expecting better. I got the beef noodle soup and I wish they had served it with a lime slice or something acidic. Got some pickled jalapeños on the side and that helped. There are certainly some better options in the area. My partner got pad see ew and she liked it. That style of sir fry with the thick soft noodle isn’t my favorite. Flavor was decent though.

This is my family's go-to spot! I have been to other curry places before and for me Thai Noodle House of Alameda has stayed at the very top of my list! We get the Pumpkin Curry (which is my all time favorite), yellow curry, their Pad See Ew, and sometimes if we are hungry enough we will also get their Chicken Satay. There's a great atmosphere and great service. This place is to die for!

We ordered a few dishes for takeout and everything was tasty until we discovered they use food coloring in the green curry. The outside of the tofu was a greenish blue color. Gross :(

My roomate and I love Thai food! We love trying new places too, so when we came across this spot, we couldn't resist. The flashing "open" sign was caring our names. It was the late afternoon, so it was quiet inside, plenty of seating. We ordered Thai iced tea, Thai iced coffee, and an entree each. I went for the mixed vegetables with chicken, which is also served with rice. I love the balance of protein and vegetables. Very in-season, tasty vegetables like pumpkin were served. It was delicious! And the portions were large enough for leftovers the next day. My roomate ordered a classic, pad thai. She loved it! Super tasty, just the right amount of spice, and of course, plenty to eat the next day! Service was quick, the waitress was kind, the music was pleasant, the place was clean, prices were fair. We'll certainly be back!
