TBH I WAS a loyal customer I'm so upset that it's closed now.. there's nowhere like this place and nowhere I want chilly cheese dogs from! ugh.. i think the closest one would be in Richmond? I've been going here since I was a kid and remember the workers here. I really hope they reopen in Alameda!!!

Good food. But HORRIBLE, I mean HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Every time I get in that drive through, expect to wait at least 20 mins without anyone in line!! And they still will mess up on the order.

Tasted fine but mustard was missing x2 and my fries weren't in the bag. I should have the bag before I got back to the hotel but....didn't.

Wienerschnitzel has the best vanilla milkshakes around. Unfortunately they now consistently omit the whipped cream on top.

Food was good considering it's hot dogs and fries lol...service was great though...new team member taking orders had to ask lots questions for help and was so kind during the interaction...team worked well together and got order out hot and ready to grub!

This place is delicious and NEVER gives me an upset stomach like other fast food places. I just wish someone would help the owner fix the ordering speaker. He is so sweet but has no budget to get a new one or get professional help to fix it.
Mic broken on drive thru but it doesnt slow you down. They have gotten my order right everytime I been there 4/4 in 2 months ?

Ok I love wiener schnitzel but this one noooo noooo noooo. It did not agree with me I had an explosion from this place. The one in Fremont has never messed with me the way this one did. I get the same thing I could tell from the inside of the place freshness is something they're not use too. Because it seemed a little stale but I overlooked it. I doubt I will give them another chance I will stick to the Fremont location. Something they did in Alameda did not agree with my intestinal track.
