Worst boba milk tea I've had in a while. Ordered matcha latte with brown sugar pearls. Watered down, most mushy boba I've had for months. A lot of flies flying in the store on a Sunday. Regret wasting over 7 dollars here

Nice atmosphere and quick service. The drinks are really good and unique, but some are not for everyone because the drinks are very unique to the culture, since it’s a Taiwanese Boba tea cafe!

Their drinks are basic. The fruit teas are better than the milk teas. Boba is a weird size, not the normal size you get at all boba shops (sounds like a weird observation but try it and you'll see).

Drinks don't look like what is on the menu and if they had honest pictures then I would not have ordered. Feels like a bait and switch.

The door says they opened at 11. No one was in site at 11:30. We were still in the area so noticed the door was open so went in. The kiosk didn’t have what we wanted so we went to the counter. Stood there for some time then asked if we could place an order at the counter. At that point we were told they were still prepping and couldn’t take orders. So 1. At noon they still weren’t ready for customers and 2. You allowed your customer to stand at the counter and say nothing. You would have been better off keeping the door shut.

Yummy fruit tea, fast service. They make their teas fresh. I had the popular fruit tea and it came with orange and passion fruit. So refreshing on this hot weekend. They have a seating section with cushions. While they had long lines, they moved quickly. I saw one customer take someone else's drink. The team graciously and quickly replaced it for the actual customer who ordered and apologized multiple times, though not their fault at all! All the employees seemed nice and helpful!

I love YiFang and was so happy to see them open up in Alameda! The service here is quick, and I always enjoy my drink. Only wish there would be some seating inside and more that they utilize the space with.

Stopped by on Sunday, 12/31/23 for the first time with my sister and my dad. This place is located inside the South Shore Center/Plaza. Ordered the following to go: - 1 Brown Sugar Pearl Uji Matcha Latte = $7.25 / with oatmilk ($1) + Warm Cup ($0.75) - 1 Brown Sugar Pearl Latte = $6.25 / Warm Cup ($0.75) TOTAL = $16 Drink was tastily yummy and the matcha here is definitely within the high-quality range.

ordered the orange fruit tea thru DD arrived cold and on time. However this drink is horrible!!! taste like how old moldy oranges smell!!! Plus it taste like canned frozen oranges as well, has that thick juice flavor? super sour even though I ordered 100% sweetness. This is just a really bad drink can even drink it. Its not refreshing actually makes just want ice water... BLAH

You pay and order either with card only at a kiosk or cash only at the counter. Drinks are very good, staff is friendly.
