I'm a big fan of supporting Mom/Pop establishments. I really like how Lamorinda's pizzas don't seem to be as greasy as chain restaurants. Their crust is thin, and crunchy but is able to hold a decent amount of toppings without getting soggy. The fact that they offer a gluten free crust makes eating out with diet restricted friends just a little easier. 100% recommend their food and service here.

Wow - SO disappointed! I've been meaning to go to Lamorinda Pizza for ages because of the great reviews. Had a margherita pizza and caesar salad. Caesar dressing was very good. Pizza was worthless. There was no discernable taste of garlic or olive oil. It is summer - basil is in abundance. There was what appeared to be one leaf of basil chopped into 1/8th inch pieces spartanly strewn over the enitre pizza, giving the pizza no taste of basil at all. I had double cheese put on the pizza and there were entire areas of the crust that had no cheese at all, plus the mozzarella appeared to be the hard stuff you find in Safeway cheese sections rather than the soft mozzarella I would expect on a margherita pizza. A salad and a pizza that were almost totally unsatisfactory for $60 is not my idea of a winner. Too bad - had really been looking forward to eating at Lamorinda Pizza, but it was a big bust! Wouldn't consider going back.

We used to live in their service area and were relulars but moved to Northern Lafayette last year, and they won't deliver our way. So whenever we are in the area, we grab a pizza. It's so good and my son's favorite.
