“We come here all the time to get the kids B&C burritos and usually have a great experience! I couldn’t find the owner email so I will share here. Today when my order was “ready” the employees said a name (I couldn’t understand) and then signaled to me that my order was ready. By the time I got home I realized it was the wrong order. I went back to pick up my correct order only to realize an item was missing. When I asked for one more Itty bitty B&C they gave me the hardest time about making it on the house. Please ensure you have employees that can speak enough English to properly intake orders and understand how to rectify cust sat issues. Thanks!“
“I happened to stop by Taco Bell in Alamo, Ca .I'm not from the area so I just happen to see it , my teens were with me and were hungry !As I walked in the restaurant was very clean , very organized! The cashier that took our order very friendly, repeated our order correctly..I could see the cooks in the back - wearing gloves, and masks ! One of the cooks " I believe his name is - Saul"Came and brought our food out , asked if we needed anything else and if there was something else he could get for us! Which made it very nice- since you really don't get service like that anymore ( not even at high end restaurants ) .“
“This food is always great. I live in Concord &I pass a number of Mexican food spots in ConcordTo come here.Dietary restrictions: It's your choiceParking: Parking has never been hard for meBut I do have handicap parkingKid-friendliness: Kids are welcomeWheelchair accessibility: It's great they have it“
“The first 5 times I went to this place it was great. The last 3 times I've gone here there's been something wrong with our order. The last two times we ordered super burritos the cheese is never melted. Just a big lump of cold cheese in the middle of the burrito. Also we seem to have gotten really overcooked carne asada meat. It was like chewing on leather. Our orders were to go so we didn't notice until we got home. Hopefully they shore up their problems in the kitchen. I'll still go back and order their food.“
“Pulled off the freeway right after landing in Oakland and got these super seasoned tacos that hit the spot! It was midnight in a sketchy part of Oakland and parking was scarce, but the service and food was worth it. Bag came with some jalapeños but I forgot to ask for salsa and they didn't throw any in the bag. It was good and I'd definitely come back to try their burritos. They look really big and they aren't cheap but I'm sure they are good too.“
“I stopped by here because it was "Crunchy Taco Thursday" and I was thinking it would be like the usual "taco tuesdays" where you get small tacos for a dollar.Well, the price wasn't $1 a taco. It was $3 and the tacos weren't small, they were regular sized. So that equates to about right. Price for portion.Now... the chicken and salsa... wow.. very delicious and the service was quick. Friendly staff too.“
“Nice lunch spot. Dinnner is much more chill. Very clean location, always friendly & fast service. The food is standard fare, the flavors are right but not super spicy, probably to accomodate all clientelle. I appreciate the salsa bar & that Door Dash is an option. Always a good experience.Vegetarian options: 5 items.Parking: Busiest at lunch but shopping center is large.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seats. Cups with lids. No kids menu.“
“I'm a proud torta snob and my BF and I have been on the hunt for a good one for ~6/7 years. On a whim we found this pace and love their tortas so much we don't order anything else for fear of missing the torta experience too much. We get the carne asada specifically and it's perfection. The bread is soft but slightly grilled so there's a nice crunch. The meat is ALWAYS cooked well, sliced thin, and flavorful. The veggies are fresh and the pickled jalapeño adds a kick. The bonus is the homemade chips with the salsa - just so good. I've eaten at least 7 of them and the quality and taste is consistent. I think it's the bread, honestly, that takes this next level. I wish I could buy their bread in bulk. Also, we've eaten in the restaurant only twice and the main woman who runs the show is the nicest person with the biggest smile. She is lovely. The whole staff is great and always smiling when I see them, too. Overall just a great place with tasty tortas (and I'm sure great food in general) and kind people.“
“SERVICE IS GOOD HERE AT THIS MEXICAN RESTUARANT.. A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT NEED IMPROVEMENT.. WHEN IT IS COLD OUT SIDE WE WANTED TO COME WHERE IT WOULD BE COMFORTABLE INSIDE TO ENJOY A GOOD HOT MEAL. THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE IS RATHER COLD. I NOTICED OTHER CUSTOMERS PUTTING ON THEIR JACKETS AND RUBBING THEIR HANDS TO STAY WARM. 2ND THE FOOD TASTE OK. BUT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF THE DISHES WERE SERVED HOT. THE FOOD CAME OUT LUKE WARM AND WAS COLD IN JUST A FEW MINUTES SINCE THE RESTAURANT WAS COLD TO SIT IN.. EVEN DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE FOOD DOES NOT COME OUT HOT.. WHEN THE FOOD IS HOT THE FLAVORS POP! MAYBE HAVE A OVEN TO KEEP THE PLATES HOT? I LIKE TO PATRONIZE THE LOCAL BUSINESS BUT WITH AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS IT WILL BE HARD TO MAKE A DECISION TO COME BACK DURING THE WINTER MONTHS.. I FEEL IF YOU MAKE THESE SMALL CHANGES IT WILL KEEP YOUR RESTAURANT ON TOP OF THE LIST.. THANKS FOR THE GOOD SERVICE THOUGH!“
