One of the girls who works mornings has a permanent scowl on her face and manages to be nice to men, but is icy towards women. Someone who cannot put their personal issues aside should not be in customer service.

The only Starbucks that I've found that actually has mugs available! Although now I can see why they generally don't advertise it, lol. But that's ok, I don't think anyone comes to Starbucks for their artisnal abilities. The coffee tasted just like it always does (but slightly better because it was in a mug).

I had a young man named Garrison who was very helpful and suggested a Malt Mocha that was very good. Great service. My favorite place to get coffee on Saturdays.

This place is NEVER open! The website/yelp closing times are inaccurate and they are severely understaffed. Since they don’t have their random closing times posted online you drive there and then outside and they’ll have a hand written note on the door saying “closing at 1” or something.

Extremely slow. We mobile ordered at 2:20pm on a Wednesday afternoon. It said our drinks would be ready at 2:27. When we got there, It was not busy inside the store at all. We had to wait until 2:41 to get our drinks which is a long time to wait for a mobile order. Meanwhile, the girl working was rude to her coworker while we were there which was also a turn off. Don't think I'd be back. Not sure how they'd survive a busy store.

Very bad experience. Waiting for 20 minutes for a Bagel and ended up cancelling the order. When I told Collion that it is not fair for your customer waiting for 20 minutes for a bagel, he told me that it is not fair for us either because we are under staff. It is really not my responsibility that he is under staff or not fair for him. Very bad management! I'm local and always get my coffee here but decided to buy my coffee machine and do it at home instead. Store #5543, Chk 726041 2/25/23 at 11:05 AM just in case if anyone at Starbucks cares to check my case.

This location probably has the worst hours of any location! It's closed off and on for weeks at a time. They did a massive remodeling and it's still closed intermittently.It's a waste of time to drive over there

The attitude of some of the workers is unbelievable. Overheard a conversation of a man who was waiting 20 minutes on a mobile food order just to find out they were out of the item he ordered. When I was waiting in line the girl taking orders seemed to be a bit distract tho there wasn't a line behind me and was just very fidgety. She had some other guy take my order, which was fine cause I knew exactly what I wanted. When I was getting my food item she didn't say my name and just threw it on the counter. The pick up area is messy and confusing.... Let me know if this is confusing... or anyone else has had a problem here

Unorganized confused. No leadership When you watch the staff you can tell it's a messy and disheveled organization. I use the app the order. The app gives you an estimated time. They are always behind that time by near 10 minutes. They have letter in front to organize drinks ... they put the A's in front of the S's. It's a sad sad startbucks. And they often make the drinks wrong. I love the fact that Starbucks despite its organization makes it hard to complain about individual stores on its own app
